Say, I wanted to make this video for you to make sure you're getting the maximum attention from your Google My Business Listing as possible. So, in this video, I'll show you three different things:

First of all, I want to show you how basically, how you normally see your Google My Business Listing and I want to point out some statistics there.

Secondly, I want to show you how your company shows up around town using a Heat Map tool. So, this is the Heat Map tool here, right?

And then finally, what I want to show you is basically your specific listing and the one means and how you one technique on how you can start pulling showing up more in the different areas around town using a tool called Geoimgr, okay?

So this is that's how it all will play out here, alright? So, let's dive in.

First of all, we're going to talk about your Google My Business Listing, so we're going to talk get out of Sioux Falls here and we're going to go to Springfield Missouri, right? Search instead for "Springfield Missouri," so this is how your normal listings come up here, right? So, first of all, you have no, if you're gonna have an ad, you're gonna have it right up here or right up above your first listing there.

That's those are gonna take 5 to 15% of the traffic, statistically speaking. Once the that's done there, the next section is the Google My Business Listing section, you're normally gonna see these. So, 60 to 70% of the traffic looking for "Concrete Services Near Springfield Missouri" will come to this area and stop and find their business via what I call an Amazon Analysis.

So they're going to look at, okay, Liming Concrete's got 4.7 stars and they have 45 reviews. SMCS Springfield Concrete Services has 5 stars and they got well they only have 1 review with that. Selby's Concrete is a middle runner, they've got 5 stars and 6 reviews that are 5 stars. So that's the, so basically what's going to be between these two companies.

I would imagine because or sorry Selby's and Liming because they have a lot of reviews not quite as high, but they have a lot of reviews there. And Selby's has all 5 star reviews, but not as many. So, I would imagine the call is going to be between those two. But first of all, you have to get your listing to come up in these first three positions in order for you to even play the Amazon Analysis game with your customers or potential customers.

So, how do you begin to get your listing in there? First of all, you got to know where it is. So, what we do is we start our due diligence on every single one of these Google My Business Listings. We're using this Heat Map tool. Now, what this Heat Map tool does is it tells me how your business comes up around Springfield Missouri.

As you can see over by Turners, Selby's Concrete dominates that area with position number one. Now, but as you go North and as you go West, you have Selby's starts to lose it well as you go as you get closer to Willard and up by the airport, alright? So that's where this is the power of the Heat Map is.

It tells you that you don't appear the same ways around town. So that's how the Heat Map works, alright? So, in this next section, I want to dive into a specific listing and give you more specific details on how you would begin to change it, alright? Let's just say, for example, that you wanted to expand your market share up to Turner's, right? So, how would you begin to go about that area, right? So, let's look at this! Right now, we want to move your listing from strength to strength. We're moving, we see that your listing is coming up here by just on the North and East side of Fremont Hills coming up fairly strong.

So then, if we look at, if we zoom in here right by Highway 60, this is where our next place to take over at because we have these yellow, orange style here. It's a little bit more yellow, orange than these ones here, so a little bit more difficult to take it over Fremont hills. But if we go up towards Highway 60, we can easily make that one happen because it's an eight.

It'll take a little while longer for these other ones, but honestly, it's well worth it, friend. So, let's go over to here! Now, what's the one, there's one technique that I'm going to show you today. That's one tool in the toolbox of Steady Calls. That's super easy for you to replicate, alright?

Just like when you're finishing concrete jobs, you're using floats, trowels concrete, joiners, brooms, darby's for curbs, all that stuff, right? There's a lot of different tools you can use. Similarly, there's a lot of different tools you can use when you're finishing up a or optimizing a Google My Business Listing. So, here's that tool.

Here's the tool from Geoimager (G-E-O-I-M-G-R), so what this is? This is the free version of the tool, so you don't get to use the search box, but for what you're doing is super easy to use. We use the paid version because we have all, we have we're doing. We've had a lot of images to optimize.

You could basically get the bulk optimizer if you use the paid version. You get the free version, you could do one at a time. So that's the way it works but upload a photo here (I've already done, so for time sake). You're going to get a preview of that image here.

Then, you're going to want to select the exact place on the map that you want your listing to come up as so we looked at just above. I want to say it was just above Fremont Hills. We got Fremont Hills and then we've got Highway 60 above there, okay? So that's where we want to place our indicator, so Fremont Hills.

And then, we're going to go up here to where's my 60 there, it is 60 turns to 65. That's more of where we're at at this point. We're going to place our indicator here and that's more of where the map listing is. We have a latitude, exact latitude, and longitude to the uptake decimal of that specific location.

So then, notice how our two pieces are different our existing is different than our new Geotags. What that means is that we're gonna have to click the "Write" button here and then we'll get the indication that the photo has been tagged. And then, we're gonna see that the 37, 141 and 37, 141 that the existing or the same as the new.

Now, I want you to take your most profitable service in a few words up to 5 to 8 words worth. You can add probably your two profitable services for that, but put them and put them in the document name. What that's going to do is begin to associate your name. That's Google is going to begin to associate your name with that specific area and your company name.

The name of your most profitable service, the mail location, and your company name are all going to be the same, are all going to be associated with the same area in Google's eyes. So then, you're going to go to the here in the description, you're going to put a link to your website.

If you don't have a website or if your current website is not mobile friendly, we offer that service, as well. We're doing a special in December for $500 for a website if you do our sign up for Google My Business services, as well. And then, there's a $50 monthly charge for the website after that because there's updates and different things to keep it up, it's a maintenance charge.

But then, you're going to download this image here, and then you're going to upload that to your Google My Business Listing. What you know, so what that's going to do is Google is watching those Google My Business Listing like a hawk, you know? There's once immediately once you upload it.

Google's like "Hey, hey! Somebody's got a new image here! Let's check it out!" So then, they're gonna just the robots are gonna scan the back of the image, the latitude, and longitude. And they're gonna see "Okay! Something happened right here on 60, just South of Battlefield Mall, in South Springfield Missouri."

Now, you've got then what's going to happen is Google's going to scan the name because they're going to wonder "Well, okay! What happened here?" They're going to say "Okay! Well, Poured Concrete Parking lot." Or your, in this case, your most profitable service, then, they're going to say "Okay!"

Well, that's because that's how they're going to associate all the different names together because they're inside your Google My Business Listing. They're scanning this location and this name, right? So that's how this all fits together. Now, let's look into.

Now that I've shown you one technique that Steady Calls takes when we're optimizing Google My Business Listings, let's dive into the overall strategy that Steady Calls up takes when approaching the Google My Business Listing Optimization. alright? Now, you've seen the technique though the easy technique of tagging your images and uploading them to your Google My Business Listing via Google via Geoimgr.

Let me dive in a minute to how Steady Calls helps companies optimize their listing. The bigger 10 000 foot view. How we do this is we service your Google My Business Listing so that Google comes to know you as the concrete King of Springfield Missouri. Think of Google in this case like your forgetful sister, or wife, or daughter, or maybe that's sexist forgetful son, too.

What we'll go down is to a mile by mile grid or even closer than that, so because we can go. We can dive into a radius that's 0.5 of a mile or even a quarter mile apart. So then, we'll do, what we'll go through is paste sticky nodes in each one of those areas and over time not give it 3 to 6 months. Google will begin to recognize you as the concrete King of Springfield Missouri.
