I wanted to send you this video to make sure that you're getting the maximum attention from Google as possible, specifically your Google My Business Listing. In this video, I'll show you three different things:

First, the view of your Google My Business Listing as a as normal as you're used to seeing it.

Secondly, I want to show you the view of your company's listing as it shows up around Chattanooga. It doesn't show up on the North side of Chattanooga as it does on the South side, it's different.

Finally, I want to show you the difference of where you are to where you could be based by looking at the top the most optimized Google My Business Listing in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Let's dive in, alright?

Here's your normal Google My Business Listing. If you search for the most common phrase that people looking to spend money on their concrete work, so search for its "Concrete Companies Near Me." Now, let's look at your specific location here. Let's go to Chattanooga, Tennessee here, right?

If we look at here, we have one concrete service showing up over here. We've got, then we have the rest of the organic listings. So, normally 60 to 70% of the traffic is going to go to this listing here. Because it's for 1, it's the only listing that's appearing.

But for 2, it's the only one that's showing 5 star reviews over here, as well, so it's got an extra conversion factor there. Now, we don't have a lot of listings showing up here. This one's going to garner 60 to 70% of the traffic and the rest of the traffic is going to go to these organic listings here, organic results here.

So that's the basics of this here. I just wanted to show you how the statistics bear out. Now, that you've seen what the Google My Business Listing looks like, let's go now! Let's get into how you, how these companies look around town, alright?

Action Concrete, let's dive into part two!

In part one, I told you that I'd look at your Google My Business Listing, show you some statistics. Now, we're diving into the details of how your business listing shows up across the town and the city of Chattanooga. You gotta forgive me, I live in a town of 2500 people! Town is more what I say than city.

But anyway, so we've got this is called a Heat Map, right? This is a friend of mine built this out and it took him about two years, but he got it got became a Google trusted service. It pulls Google My Business Listing data directly from Google, right? And we've color coded it and we've numbered it.

Think of this like a stoplight, right? Green is great. Yellow is you might be able to squeak by and red means you're in for some waiting time. Why is green so great because you can keep on going where you want to go. Business-wise, it's the same way. What green means is that you're gonna get more and more calls from people in this area, right?

Wherever the green dots are so if we look at Oglethorpe, you're gonna get calls from there Chattanooga Valley, you're gonna get calls from there New England, You're gonna get calls from there. Why? Because if you look at the numbers here, you've got listing 1 to 3 three. That means you're going to be above the fold.

Now, what do I mean by above the fold is I just search "Concrete Surfaces Near Me Sioux Falls," for example, right? This is how your normal Google My Business is going to show up, right? So that's how this works. You've got number results number 1, 2, and 3 are coming up, and then, the rest are below the fold.

Similarly here, you've got green is 1 through 3. It's going to be above the fold, the rest are going to be yellow, orange, and red. The higher you get up, the more green. You have, the more calls you're positioning yourself to receive, you got a 33 chance of getting all that traffic, right?

You've got just like we talked about earlier. You got set 15 getting to go into the ad, 60 to 70% going out to the Google My Business Listing, and the rest going down. Here, you're positioning yourself well on the South side of the town here. But as you go North into the heart of Chattanooga and up by Red Bank, just South of Whittle, you're not going to get as much you're not going to get as many of the calls, right?

By Harrison Hickson and others, you're positioned below the fold, so you're not going to get as many calls from up there, alright. So that's how your Google My Business looks currently. And I also, finally, we're going to go into our third point here, where we get into what things could look like, alright?

Let's look at the dominant player in the mix here. So in Chattanooga, I pulled what we call a Heat Map out of here. I know how this, how the Heat Maps work. You've already seen how that, how that all gets down. And now, let's dive into the specifics here. Why do we call these ones the dominant ones?

Because they have the most green on the map. Now, I've already told you what green means. We can make more and more green come around by reminding Google of what actual that who's really the top concrete construction company in Chattanooga. There's ways to do that through your Google My Business Listing.

I just wanted to show you how this listing comes about inside here. How they're doing poorly on the North, Northeast side, but on the, but in the Center, they're doing, they're garnering a lot of traffic or garnering a lot of the calls from Central Chattanooga. But then, if we go around to the outside here out by white side, they're not doing very well at all, either.

So the good news is that this means that they're not a very optimized listing and there's plenty of room to expand and take over the territory. But you might be wondering how do you expand in this and take. I take over this using your Google My Business Listing. Well, that's where my company Steady Calls comes in.
