I wanted to send you this video to make sure you're getting the maximum attention from your Google My Business Listing as possible. In this video, I'll show you three quick things:

First of all, the view of your Google My Business Listing as you normally see it and I want to add show you some stats there.

And then, secondly, the view of your company across town and I also want to show you one technique that will help you be where you could be, okay? I would get your Google My Business where it could be, so alright?

So, let's get started!

We're going to start by going off here. You're going to suit most people looking for concrete services use "Concrete Services Near __" and it'll be "Me," right? I'm located in Northwest Iowa. To pull up Sioux Falls, I got to do, I have to search "Sioux Falls South Dakota," you know? It pulls up, so you're going to see a map similar to this.

Sometimes, you're going to have an ad up here. Sometimes, you're going to have an ad down here. That ad is going to pull anywhere between 5 to 15% of the people looking for concrete service, looking to spend money on their patios, driveways, foundations, those kinds of things. But they're, then, 60 to 70% of the traffic statistically is going to come down here and look at doing Amazon Analysis, basically, okay?

This guy's got 2.8 review 2.8 stars on his listing. He's got 4 of them on average of 4 of you out of the average there. Then, he's got, then this guy Northwest Concrete Cutting and Crane Service has 5 as a bunch of 5 star reviews. Between these two companies who would you go with? I mean from a viewer's standpoint, you know?

Obviously, you're going to go with this guy here. I mean the debate is really and for this. In this instance between Crump Concrete Construction LLC and Northwest Concrete Cutting and Crane Service because they've got 15 reviews and 4.5 stars and these guys got 6 reviews and 5 stars. I mean they're so that's really the closer debate.

We got 5, 15% going to this ad, maybe a little more with the reviews there. And then, we've got 60 to 70% going to this part of the listing the more trusted section because you can't just buy your positioning there, right? And then, you've got then the rest of the traffic. The difference goes down here and checks out the organic results.

So that's how, that's the breakdown, that's the statistics here. So then, I want to show you my tool that enables me to see how your business listing comes up around town and there's an assumption that your listing comes up the same way around town and it's not true, okay? So, let's look at Sulan K & K, for instance.

Around here, you can see that they come up pretty darn well in the Southwest corner of Sioux Falls and out into Northwest Iowa, you know? Just out on the South Dakota border, right? Canton Granite all that stuff. But out by Brandon, they start to lose it. And then, start by Linux, they start to lose it.

So the, but then, as you get into Sioux Falls Proper, they really don't do all that well. Because green as we know, green does means you're getting. You have a high chance of getting the call. But yellow means you're close to getting the call, but you're still not on you're still below this into the "View All" section. 

But then, red and orange means you've got a lot more work to do before you can actually show up and be visible to people looking for concrete services. So that's how this works specifically. Now, let's dive into your specific map listing and go from there, alright? All States Concrete Cutting, let's dive into your specific listing out over the city of Sioux Falls.

As I said earlier, the yellow portion is the easiest to take over. And no, I'm not just rigging the game here with just giving you two little yellow icons. It's different for every company, so if we go to J J's, it's going to be different, right? If we go to, let's go to the top here. If we go to East River, it'll be different.

Notice how different places are showing up. There's Quality First Concrete. Notice how their listing is very different. What we're going to do here is go back to All States and look at you where you can start to take over with your Google My Business Listing. Right now, you're closest to taking over on either side of suit of eye 29, just across from Harrisburg.

I want to show you one simple technique that you can use. You can start today and be done in an hour and a half and be on basically be set up. When you get a lot more calls come the spring when concrete season really fires up again, right? So, let's dive into that. The tool that we're going to use is called Geoimgr.

This is a free tool you can use, 15 images a day. So then, you go, then you can do 15 images a day, so you're going to want to do a total of about 81 images. Why? Because then, you do it, you got a 9x9 grid here and you can begin to tell Google that you service this whole area which is what you want to do.

The more times you tell Google that you services area, the better off they are. Google's like a forgetful spouse or child. Basically, that's how it works. But anyway, more on that later. But first of all, to use this Geoimgr tool, you're going to upload an image and I've done, so already for time's sake.

But then, you're going to find the specific location on the map that you want to have your Google My Business Listing come up. In this case, we're on eye 29 either South, right? Either side of eye 29 and we want to go just basically across a little bit North from Harrison or Harrisburg, my bad. So then, you're going to go down here.

We want to look at Harrisburg. Harrisburg is there, so we're going to go on eye 29 and we're going to go a little bit North, so basically up by this. What we're gonna do? We're gonna click on the highway here and that will give us the exact latitude and longitude of this location. Now, we're gonna have to write the tags to be inputted on the photo.

We're gonna click "Write EXIF Tags" photo tag, then we're done. Then, we're going to, then we're done with that piece. Then, we're going to add the image name. This is the most important part in addition to tagging the image because you're going to tell Google what you did here. This is the part where you tell Google where you did it.

This is what you tell them what you did, right? You're going to save it as what your most profitable service is, so take it that way. Go run with your most profitable service 5 to 8 word key, 5 to 8 words long, right? Then, in your image description, your lower tier effect lower to your services that you can make decent money on, but not as good as the upper one here.

And then, at the end of this 1, 5 day words, add a link to your website, so then you can download it, and then upload it to your Google My Business Listing. I'm assuming you already know how to upload it to your Google My Business Listing. We're going to call it good there, right? So then, what Google is going to do is they're going to come around to this photo and be like "Hey, hey! We got a new photo!"

They get really jacked about that, you know? They got a new photo come around. They're going to scan the back of it and say "Hey, okay! Hey, we got a latitude and longitude. something's going on, just across from Tea!" just North of Harrison on eye 29, okay? Harrison, why do I keep saying Harrison? It's Harrisburg!

I've been in Sioux Falls, a ton of different times I'm in Northwest Iowa. But anyway, that's what's going that's what Google's going to do. They're just going to come around and say they're going to scan it say "Okay, something's going on here!" What is, so then, you can tell that. Then, they're going to read your most profitable service and say "Okay, these guys do this here!"

That's what's been done and so that's what's gonna be on the image. Then, they're gonna be like "Okay, who did this?" They're gonna, then, they're gonna pan out and say "Okay, All States Concrete Cutting did this here!" So that's basically how Google's thought process is as far as your Google My Business Listing.

Now, there's a lot of different optimizations you can do for your Google My Business Listing. Just like there's a whole bunch of different kinds of cuts you could do on a concrete slab. There's a whole ton of different ways to do concrete finishing, a bunch of different tools floats, trowels, brooms, I mean darby's.

Here's a ton of different things to use, right? So there's a ton of different techniques. But this next part of the video I want to show you the overall strategy that Steady Calls takes when we are optimizing a Google My Business Listing, alright? Now, you've seen these three different things and you've seen just seen how you show up in normal Google My Business Listing around town, as well.

As you know, how you could also improve your listing if you chose to using the Geotag technique? Now, I just want to tell you a little bit about how my company's, Steady Calls helps companies in Sioux Falls. We service Google Map Business Map Listings so that Google comes to know you as in this case the concrete king of the space.

And you got to imagine there's different ones that we do, we, you know? You've got the concrete king. You got the HVAC king, you know? There's different ones that we do, so think but what do we do with Google specifically, okay? You got to think of Google in this case like your forgetful sister or wife, you know?

You the Geotagging is one way. We send sticky notes to Google reminding Google of your company's status inside of Sioux Falls, right?
