I wanted to send you this video to make sure you're getting the maximum attention from Google as possible. In this video, I'll show you a few different things:

First, the view of your Google My Business Listing as normal.

Second, the view of your Google My Business Listing as it is across the city. It's different on the North side of Clarksville than it is on the South side.

Finally, I want to show you the difference between where you are and where you can be by showing, comparing your city Google My Business Listing Acro from the top competitor, the top concrete company in Clarksville at this moment.

Let's dive in, alright?

In this first part, I want to show you around the Google My Business Listing, this is how if you search for "Concrete Services Near Me" I'm using Sioux Falls just as an example but this is how things come up. So, sometimes, you'll have an ad here that's gonna take 5 to 15% percent of the traffic, right?

And then, you might have another ad here, same thing, it's gonna build into that percentage. Then, your 60 to 70% of the traffic is going to pick one of these Google my or one of these Google My Business Listing. So, all three combined make about 60 to 70%, then the rest of it is going to go down here to the organic listings.

One thing that's key to remember here is people love to scroll rather than click. So, people of small minute slice of people will go down here to click on all of them to see all the concrete companies. Now, throughout this video, what I do is I refer to this part, these three listings as being above the fold.

And every listing that you have to can only see by clicking the "View" button as below the fold, right? So that's how this works so that's I just wanted to break down the traffic for you in this video. Again, 5 to 15% of the will to go to the ads, then 60 to 70% will go to the business listings, and the rest will go to the organic results.

With a small smidgen of them, going to this clicking on the "View All" to see all the concrete companies. The ones that do stick around on this page will more than likely find the ones that will do like an Amazon. What I call an Amazon Analysis here. First of all, you have 2.8 stars here, then you have 3.0 3, 0, 0, or 3 stars and then you have 5 stars.

They're going to look at, oh! Well, this one's got 2.8, so it's not as good as the 3.0, and the 3.0 is not as good as the 5.0. So, we're going to click the 5.01, that's what the majority of people are going to go for. That's the importance of having high quality reviews on your Google My Business Listing. But first, you have to get up to this third, the these three in order to make that a reality, okay?

Let's dive into part two where I'll show you how your concrete company appears around the city. Hey, Big D Concrete! Kyle, Steady Calls again!

I just wanted to show you the in-depth part of your listing, how your listing shows up around town. Just as a minute ago, I showed you how the significance of the statistics. Here, 5, 15% traffic goes to the ads. 60 to 70% of the traffic will go to these Google My Business Listing. The rest will go down here.

The reason why they go down here as opposed to looking at the rest of the listings is because it's easier to scroll than it is to click or tap on a smartphone screen. So that's how people take the path of least resistance, right? That's a well proven truth. That's basically how it works. So, let's look at how your business comes up around town.

This is what we call a Heat Map and what the Heat Map does is it pulls Google data original from Google. Directly from their Google My Business Listing API with that technical connection enables us to do. A friend of mine just built this out. been working out for two years and now it's recently been released to a small group of people.

But what this Heat Map enables us to do is pull little listing data from your, based on your Google My Business Listing, based on location. That's all I know. That's a lot of big words or stuff here, but what that technical information. But what that enables us to do is so if we looked at right over here, for instance. 

Let's dive into this section! Just on the border line between Kentucky and Tennessee. Let's go to Oak Grove, okay? So, say, somebody's on in the Fort Campbell (Side of Oak Grove). What if, then your business will not come up or will not show up on to the fold, on to this area here? 

You're not going to get the call because you're going to show up below the fold. But I call this the fold because on Instagram, most of your details for each post are below the fold. And then, you've got like 2 or 3 lines above the fold, right? So, I don't know if you or your kids are on the Instagram, but that's kind of the analogy how it works.

A lot of people, so the 60 to 70% of the traffic that goes to these listings comes here. Says "Hey, we need concrete service! We need our driveway poured!" They come down the way here and then they do what I call an Amazon Analysis, they look at, okay? Well, we have our 2.8 star listing. We have our 3, 3 star listing and we have our 5 star listing.

Well, this guy's gonna get it because getting more calls than the rest because of his 5 star listing, but he's got his first. He's got to get on to show up on the third get up and this top three first, and then he can begin to work on his stars, right? But that's how this all fits together, right? This is how let's look at how you are in the big picture.

Right now, you're good up a good up here, but not so good on the rest of the sides. So, let's show you where you could be though that's the third part of this video. So, let's get into that, alright? In this, I wanted to show you part three where we are things, what could things could look like.

In part one, I showed you what you look like from your Google My Business Listing. Part two, I showed you what you look like across town. And here's what that major compel, the biggest competitor for concrete contractors in Clarksville. How they come up on the maps? Now, similar scale, but before, green means they're getting more calls.

Yellow means they're not getting calls, they're getting few of the calls. And red means, they're not really getting any of the calls. Here, they're getting a lot of the calls so what that means? Is that on most of this area, they're gonna, they're honoring the calls. They're getting calls from the Northwest side of town, as well as, the South side.

As and they're very close to garner on the South or on the Northeast side, as well. They're only 1 or 2 away from there. This is what your bid or your business listing could look like. That's where, and but you might be asking how do we get there. That's where my company comes in Steady Calls.
