I wanted to send you this video to make sure you're getting the maximum attention from your Google My Business Listing as possible. In this video, I'll show you three quick things:

First of all, the view of your Google My Business Listing as you normally see it and I want to add, show you some stats there.

And then, secondly, the view of your company across town and I also want to show you one technique that will help you be where you could be, okay? I would get your Google My Business where it could be so, alright?

Let's get started!

We're going to start by going off here. You're going to suit most people looking for concrete services use "Concrete Services Near" and it'll be "Me," right? I'm located in Northwest Iowa, so to pull up Sioux Falls, I got to do, I have to search "Sioux Falls, South Dakota," you know? So, it pulls up.

You're going to see a map similar to this. Sometimes, you're going to have an ad up here. Sometimes, you're going to have an ad down here. That ad is going to pull anywhere between 5 to 15% of the people looking for concrete service. Looking to spend money on their patios, driveways, foundations, those kinds of things.

But they're then 60 to 70% of the traffic, statistically is going to come down here and look at doing Amazon Analysis, basically, okay? This guy's got 2.8 reviews, 2.8 stars on his listing. He's got four of them on average of four of you out of the average there. Then, he's got, then this guy Northwest Concrete Cutting and Crane Service has 5, as a bunch of 5 star reviews.

Between these two companies, who would you go with? I mean from a viewer's standpoint, you know? Obviously, you're going to go with this guy here. I mean the debate is really and for this in this instance between Crump Concrete Construction LLC and Northwest Concrete Cutting and Crane Service because they've got 15 reviews and 4.5 stars.

And these guys got 6 reviews and 5 stars. I mean they're so that's really the closer debate. We got 5, 15% going to this ad, maybe a little more with the reviews there. And then, we've got 60 to 70% going to this part of the listing, the more trusted section because you can't just buy your positioning there, right?

And then, you've got then the rest of the traffic. The difference goes down here and checks out the organic results. So that's how that's the breakdown, that's the statistics here. Then, I want to show you my tool that enables me to see how your business listing comes up around town.

There's an assumption that your listing comes up the same way around town and it's not true, okay? So, let's look at Siouxland K & K, for instance. Around here, you can see that they come up pretty done well in the Southwest Corner or Southeast corner of Sioux Falls and out into Northwest Iowa, you know?

Just out on the South Dakota border, right? Canton Granite all that stuff. But out by Brandon, they start to lose it and then start by Linux, they start to lose it. But then, as you get into Sioux Falls Proper, they really don't do all that well. Because as we know, green does means you're getting, you have a high chance of getting the call.

But yellow means you're close to getting the call, but you're still not on, you're still below this into the "View All" section. But then, red and orange means, you've got a lot more work to do before you can actually show up and be visible to people looking for concrete services. So that's how this works specifically.

Now let's dive into your specific map listing and go from there, alright? Brooks Construction, this is a specific view into your Google My Business Listing as it appears on across the town of Sioux Falls, the City of Sioux Falls. It's kind of moved from being a town into a city, honestly, over the last few years. So, let's get into it!

As I said earlier, the green means that you're actually showing up on your as somebody's searching for you here but you're not showing up in here on this area. When I say showing up, what I mean is you're going, you're popping on these three listings here 1, 2, and 3. you're gonna get a little bit.

I again, you're gonna go to 5 to 15%, it's gonna go to the ad. The people that are coming down the page are gonna come down here. 5 to 15% of those people are gonna go to the ads. Then, you're going to have 60 to 70% is the listings that are the most trusted and the most used statistically speaking.

This is the green is where you're positioned in the most trusted listings. And then, the yellow means you've got a pretty high potential of easily taking over that area. But then, as you get into the downtown area of Sioux Falls, that's more of the going to be more of a difficult area because those are red and orange, right?

So, how would you go about moving your listing into this area and begin to take over additional market share? Well, there's a lot of ways to do it. Honestly, I've been in the field for a couple years now and there's a myriad of techniques just like there. Just like when you're finishing out concrete, there's a lot of different tools used to smooth it out, you know?

There's you've got hand tools. You've got a lot of different tools that you use to move things around. I mean, just like you got the floats, the trowels, the control joiners, the power screeds broom, the finishing broom. That you've got a lot of different ways to smooth out concrete. Just like, we have a lot of ways to smooth out your Google My Business Listing.

But I want to show you a simple technique here today, it's called adding images to your Google My Business Listing and tagging them before you do so, alright? So, let's dive into that. So this is a tool called Geoimgr (G-E-O-I-M-G-R), it's a free tool you can use. There's a paid version, of course, and a free version.

But for what you're doing, the free version works just fine. So, we, first of all, we want to look at where we need to start coming up in your listing, right? So, we're going to say "We want to start breaking into Sioux Falls here." So, just where 229 and 29 split off, right? So that's where we're going to want to come into it.

We're going to go out from that area here and we're going to go look into. We're going to first upload an image and then we're going to come and get our map focused in. So, we want to come in here and split this one. So, we're going to put our tag down in here. Now, notice the latitude and longitude markers are inside there to the uptake decimal.

Now, we're going to click "Write EXIF Tags" and then we're going to make them the existing tags match the new ones. Because then, it'll show me the new tags have been written, right? So, now, they've been written on there and now we have we want to we're going to name our image. Now, I've gone ahead and named this image just to save time.

But firstly, as long as you throw the word "Concrete" in there, it'll do a pretty good job of where you're getting it. Where you need to go is not going to be perfect, but it's the way it works. So, if you add a few adverbs and stuff to it, it'll be better so. Because what Google's going to do is once you've downloaded this image, which is the next step.

And then, you're going to upload it to your Google My Business Listing. Then, what Google's going to do is come into your Google My Business Listing and say "Okay, scan the photo!" and be like "Okay, something happened at this latitude and this longitude! What is it?" Then, they're going to turn to the document name, right?

Freshly poured concrete parking lot, okay? So, they're going to read that and they're like "Okay, so somebody poured a concrete parking lot here." right? And then, they're then, they're gonna be like "Okay! Well, who did that?" And then, they're gonna back up and say "Okay! Well, we're in Brooks Concrete Services Google My Business Listing!"

And, so, therefore, real they are the one who did that because it's their, it's your photo since it's in your listing. That's the basis of how this all works. So, now, I'm just going to dive into a little bit more of. I've told you here's a tactic that you can use to literally today or tonight. You can go into your Google My Business Listing and onto your phone and download all the photos there and tag them and put them up to your Google My Business Listing.

It'll really help your listing out. But honestly, we sometimes it's easier to stay in your lane as far as things go because you've got all the tools for it. So then, that way I'd like to tell you about the overall strategy that Steady Calls takes when we optimize business listings, alright?

Now, you've seen these three different things and you've seen how you show up in normal Google My Business Listings around town. As well as, you know how you could also improve your listing if you chose to using the Geotag technique.

Now, I just want to tell you a little bit about how my companies, my company's Steady Calls helps companies in Sioux Falls. We service Google Map Business Listings so that Google comes to know you as in this case the concrete king of the space. Then, you got to imagine there's different ones that we do, you know?

You've got the concrete king, you got the HVAC king, you know? There's different ones that we do, so think. But what do we do with Google specifically, okay? You got to think of Google in this case like your forgetful sister or wife, you know? You the Geotagging is one way.

We send sticky notes to Google, reminding Google of your company's status inside of Sioux Falls, right? To stay at the top of your sisters or wife's mind, you go for. Basically, if you're telling your sister to do chores like we did when you were younger or you're still in the house or you know?

When you're trying to get your wife to remember to do something around the house that's been really bugging you. It's time to kind of reverse what stereotype is, but you know? Whatever you gotta continually remind them that you want to do something, maybe you want something done, you know?
