I just wanted quick drop this video to make sure that you're getting the maximum attention from Google as possible. In this video, I'll show you a few different things:
First, the view of your business listing as it normally shows up. As you're used to looking at it, I'll point out a few different things.
Secondly, I'll show you how you show up around town. I want to dispel a common myth that if you pull up your business list, if you search for your business or search for "Concrete Services" or "Concrete Companies Near Me" right near you when you're sitting in your office or sitting at your shop and you pull up that the way you pull up all around Baton Rouge.
What happens is, finally, I want to show you what things could look like. Trying to compare where you are to where you could be. So that's how I want to keep things pretty factual here, alright?
Let's get started, shall we? If we look at, this is the most common search term that people looking for concrete services; people looking for driveways that they need to be poured; people looking for to get their foundation poured or having the walls of their shop poured or, anything like that.
So that's the most common one there, that's why I put it in there, alright? When you search here, we got people advertising at the top. But when people are searching for it, typically, they're going to shy away from this.
It's because they're not going to get the ads about 15 to 20% of what people searching for and the rest don't trust the ads. They go for things that are more robust, more proven. Inherently, it's more trustworthy to go with the search results and the Google My Business Listing than to click on the ads.
Because people can either buy a spot for a little while and be a shady business. But it takes a good, robust business to show up and build here as long as they've done their listing right way. But as long as they show up in the first three here, they're gonna garner about 60 to 70% of the search results.
Or, people's looking for that means, they're going to quote a lot more business. They're going to be able to go out and take their team and go out and pour a lot more jobs. Ultimately, they're going to be able to provide for their team and then their families a lot better than those who don't have their listing, who don't have the presence here.
I want to pull up a tool a minute that allows me to examine how these business listings come up, alright? This is my special tool that enables me to see the positioning of different Google My Business Listing. As if they were searched from that location. This is a tool that's connected directly with Google and is one of Google's trusted partners.
What this means, green and yellow? Green is the best. Yellow means this print means pretty good. Ultimately, there's some red on some businesses that I pull up, as well. I mean, it's kind of like a stoplight. Red is bad. Yellow is okay. Proceed with caution that kind of thing and then green is good, so that's all. Just simply put that's how it works.
What the numbers mean is that if you appear in row and number 1 to 3, that means you're still going to have a presence on that first three search result page here. You're going to be 1, 2, or 3 here. What 4, 5, and 6 means is that people are going to have to click beyond the fold here to use Instagram language in order to see your business.
You'll be able to quote a lot more business in this area, then you will up here. Because around here, you've got a lot of fours that you're beyond the fold. 4, 5, and 6 around here right by Highway 10 around Marydale, a little bit in there. As well as, Highway 190 there that where having a presence there is good.
In the trusted area, Google really increases the amount of bids and ultimately the amount of revenue that you can bring in as a concrete business. What my company does is, we help companies by servicing their Google My Business Listing.

Then, whenever somebody searches for concrete that you pop up that's what we help businesses do, Think of Google like your forgetful sister or wife. You got to continually remind them of yourself, you got to know or the tasks that you want them to do.
