Say, I wanted to make this video for you to make sure you're getting the maximum attention from your Google My Business Listing as possible. So, in this video, I'll show you three different things:

First of all, I want to show you how basically, how you normally see your Google My Business Listing and I want to point out some statistics there.

Secondly, I want to show you how your company shows up around town using a Heat Map tool. So, this is the Heat Map tool here, right?

And then finally, what I want to show you is basically your specific listing and the one means and how you one technique on how you can start pulling showing up more in the different areas around town using a tool called Geoimgr, okay?

So this is that's how it all will play out here, alright? So, let's dive in.

First of all, we're going to talk about your Google My Business Listing, so we're going to talk get out of Sioux Falls here and we're going to go to Springfield Missouri, right? Search instead for "Springfield Missouri," so this is how your normal listings come up here, right? So, first of all, you have no, if you're gonna have an ad, you're gonna have it right up here or right up above your first listing there.

That's those are gonna take 5 to 15% of the traffic, statistically speaking. Once the that's done there, the next section is the Google My Business Listing section, you're normally gonna see these. So, 60 to 70% of the traffic looking for "Concrete Services Near Springfield Missouri" will come to this area and stop and find their business via what I call an Amazon Analysis.

So they're going to look at, okay, Liming Concrete's got 4.7 stars and they have 45 reviews. SMCS Springfield Concrete Services has 5 stars and they got well they only have 1 review with that. Selby's Concrete is a middle runner, they've got 5 stars and 6 reviews that are 5 stars. So that's the, so basically what's going to be between these two companies.

I would imagine because or sorry Selby's and Liming because they have a lot of reviews not quite as high, but they have a lot of reviews there. And Selby's has all 5 star reviews, but not as many. So, I would imagine the call is going to be between those two. But first of all, you have to get your listing to come up in these first three positions in order for you to even play the Amazon Analysis game with your customers or potential customers.

So, how do you begin to get your listing in there? First of all, you got to know where it is. So, what we do is we start our due diligence on every single one of these Google My Business Listings. We're using this Heat Map tool. Now, what this Heat Map tool does is it tells me how your business comes up around Springfield Missouri.

As you can see over by Turners, Selby's Concrete dominates that area with position number one. Now, but as you go North and as you go West, you have Selby's starts to lose it well as you go as you get closer to Willard and up by the airport, alright? So that's where this is the power of the Heat Map is.

It tells you that you don't appear the same ways around town. So that's how the Heat Map works, alright? So, in this next section, I want to dive into a specific listing and give you more specific details on how you would begin to change it, alright? C

The yellow indicates that there's low hanging fruit here to easily push your map listing into. So, 6 and 7 is just below the in Springfield. So that's going to become important here later on. What 6 and 7 means though and reminder is that this thing is listing 1, listing 2, listing 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 down here.

If you were to extend that theoretically, it's just beyond the "View All" section. So, now, how do you begin to push your listings into that area? Well, there's a-, as you can imagine, there's a variety of techniques just like when you're repairing concrete. There's a variety of techniques that you're going to use to strengthen the concrete.

I'm imagining that you guys do concrete lifting. You're going to Shove Foam underneath there and push up the steps that fall down or the concrete that sinks into the ground. There's a lot of different techniques to use to repair the concrete whether it's the repair, the finish, whether it's to repair the underneath side.

There's a lot of different techniques used. Similarly, there's a lot of different techniques used to be pushed up into your push your Google My Business Listing out. I want to show you one today, alright? So, this is a tool called Geoimgr (G-E-O-I-M-G-R). Now, what this tool does is enables you to tag the photo.

Each photo that you have in your Google and Business Listing and even more with the latitude and longitude of the specific photo are of the location that you want to be your Google My Business Listing to appear in, right? So, in this case, we want ours to appear inside the in Google of Springfield, right?

Because that's where you're closest to coming up in the map. We want to move from where you're easily at to where you can easily come up as, right? And then, we'll move in to take over the rest because, honestly, the best way for you to get begin to take over this additional market share here is and get more calls coming in through your Google My Business Listing.

What you're going to do is just grab an image, grab 81 different images. I'm sure you've got a lot of images of jobs that you repaired. The things that you're proud of in there. Maybe, you got a new truck new tools. That kind of thing take pictures of all those things and put those and get 81 images and do one, do this for do.

What I'm about to show you the Geotagging for each one of these locations and you'll notice yourself in a way different position come March when concrete season starts up again. I'm assuming, it's shutting down about now or slowing up about now. It's slowing up here out with here in Iowa where I'm at.

But then, first of all, to use this tool, you're going to first click the "Upload" button and you're going to upload a photo. I've already done so up over here for time sake. So then, we're going to change it our specific location to the where your map listing should come up. So, we're going to click on that and then we're right at the in Springfield.

So then, we've got latitude and longitude. Now, we want the existing Geotags to be the ones that we just changed it to right here. So, we got 205 and 206. We want to change the top listing to 205, so we're going to click "Write Tags" photo tag. We have the confirmation, then we're going to name this your most profitable service.

What's the most profitable service in the concrete repair industry? I'm not exactly sure. I would honestly we're putting these out to a lot of different concrete companies in the area at this point. So, we work with three companies in each area and that's I! So, please contact us soon if you'd like to work with us.

But you're going to put in the most profitable service for concrete for those who pour concrete there. I'm assuming that concrete parking lots are fairly profitable because it's a lot of concrete and a pretty easy space to lay it out, generally speaking. So then, in the image description, you can put a link to your website if you don't have one or you don't have one that's mobile friendly or like appears well on smartphones.

What Steady Calls my company is offering a Google along with our Google My Business science. So then, you're gonna-, once you put in the link to your website, you're going to download it here.

And then, once you download, you're going to upload it to your Google My Business Listing. Now, I'm not going to insult your intelligence and upload an image there. You already know how to do that, I'm assuming. So that's just one technique. So, you do this 81 times, it sounds like a lot but Geoimgr.

If you do it over the course of, will allow you to do 10 to 15 images per day. And then, if you do it over the course of the next week, you'll be way better positioned to do to be ready for next spring is concrete season opening. So that's just one of the many techniques that Steady Calls offers.

Now, let's get into this overall strategy that Steady Calls takes when we optimize your listing, alright? Now you've seen the technique the easy technique of tagging your images and uploading them to your Google My Business Listing via Google via Geoimgr.
