Say, I wanted to make this video for you to make sure you're getting the maximum attention from your Google My Business Listing as possible. So, in this video, I'll show you three different things:

First of all, I want to show you how basically, how you normally see your Google My Business Listing and I want to point out some statistics there.

Secondly, I want to show you how your company shows up around town using a Heat Map tool. So, this is the Heat Map tool here, right?

And then finally, what I want to show you is basically your specific listing and the one means and how you one technique on how you can start pulling showing up more in the different areas around town using a tool called Geoimgr, okay?

So this is that's how it all will play out here, alright? So, let's dive in.

First of all, we're going to talk about your Google My Business Listing, so we're going to talk get out of Sioux Falls here and we're going to go to Springfield Missouri, right? Search instead for "Springfield Missouri," so this is how your normal listings come up here, right? So, first of all, you have no, if you're gonna have an ad, you're gonna have it right up here or right up above your first listing there.

That's those are gonna take 5 to 15% of the traffic, statistically speaking. Once the that's done there, the next section is the Google My Business Listing section, you're normally gonna see these. So, 60 to 70% of the traffic looking for "Concrete Services Near Springfield Missouri" will come to this area and stop and find their business via what I call an Amazon Analysis.

So they're going to look at, okay, Liming Concrete's got 4.7 stars and they have 45 reviews. SMCS Springfield Concrete Services has 5 stars and they got well they only have 1 review with that. Selby's Concrete is a middle runner, they've got 5 stars and 6 reviews that are 5 stars. So that's the, so basically what's going to be between these two companies.

I would imagine because or sorry Selby's and Liming because they have a lot of reviews not quite as high, but they have a lot of reviews there. And Selby's has all 5 star reviews, but not as many. So, I would imagine the call is going to be between those two. But first of all, you have to get your listing to come up in these first three positions in order for you to even play the Amazon Analysis game with your customers or potential customers.

So, how do you begin to get your listing in there? First of all, you got to know where it is. So, what we do is we start our due diligence on every single one of these Google My Business Listings. We're using this Heat Map tool. Now, what this Heat Map tool does is it tells me how your business comes up around Springfield Missouri.

As you can see over by Turners, Selby's Concrete dominates that area with position number one. Now, but as you go North and as you go West, you have Selby's starts to lose it well as you go as you get closer to Willard and up by the airport, alright? So that's where this is the power of the Heat Map is.

It tells you that you don't appear the same ways around town. So that's how the Heat Map works, alright? So, in this next section, I want to dive into a specific listing and give you more specific details on how you would begin to change it, alright? C

So, when we talk about optimizing your listing so that you get start getting more calls, more customers through your Google My Business Listing. We want to start with the low-hanging fruit. The low-hanging fruit in this case is indicated by the yellow. The more difficult fruit is the red or and the red. And then, slightly less than difficult in the red is the orange.

How do you begin changing your listing from a 5 to a 3 to a 2? Because what there were the 5 is just if you would imagine, it's this is listing 1, 2, 3. And if you would imagine that it continues 4 and 5, so you're pretty close to the top but you're not there yet. So, what how do we begin to do this? Well, just as finishing up concrete or enhancing concrete there.

I'm sure there's a variety of different tools that you use when it comes to concrete finishing. I'm sure that you're using floats, trowels, control joiners, brooms, darby's for finishing up curbs. Maybe, you're supplying the rebar that goes inside the concrete or maybe the fiber that goes into concrete to make it stronger.

I'm not aware of your specific role in the concrete work but what I know is Google My Business Listings. And then, there's just like there's a lot of tools used in concrete work. There's a lot of tools used in Google My Business Listing enhancements. So, inside here, we're going to look at one of those tools now.

This is what we call  Geoimgr, so (G-E-O-I-M-G-R) search for that, and Google will come up. So, this is the free version. As an agency, we use the paid version because we're using doing this more on mass if you will. But for what you need for your swingle listing, you can use the free version and you can do optimize 10 to 15 per day.

What I suggest is take the next week or so and do optimize one for each bubble of that's here because what these bubbles are is two and a half miles apart, right? So, these ones are gonna hit these ones if you optimize an image for each one of these bubbles. What you're doing is positioning yourself for the next concrete season.

Or, so then, I'm assuming things are slowing down there just like they're doing it's up here in Northwest Iowa so but what they things are slowing down up there. But what happens is that in March, you'll give Google a couple of months. It takes 2 to 3 months to optimize a listing and then about 2 anywhere between 4 to 6 months they'll solidify the positionings for the next while.

What this me-, what that means is that if you went and optimized now, throw in 81 different images that are optimized with the specific location for each one of these areas is that you can you that you'll be positioning yourself. Well, you'll notice that your listing starts to turn from red to orange to yellow to green, as you do out over time, as you continue adding optimized images.

So, how exactly do you optimize an image? What you're going to do is find the exact location on the map where you're strongest currently. So, where is that right now we're looking at? Let's see! So then, we've got basically Turner's and Highway 65 would be a good way to start right by the Battlefield Mall, so we're gonna go down here Battlefield Mall.

We're going to go intersection of Turner's in there, so we'll go we'll start right over here just to keep things simple there. So then, we're going to have our latitude and longitude there. What appears there is our on it also appears on our new Geotags. So, notice how these two are different right now.

We want the existing to be the same as the new, so we're going to click the "Write Tags" and then we're going to confirmation that has been tagged and each one is 37, 18, 37, 18. Now, we're going to name this and how the best way to name this is to name it your most profitable concrete enhancement.

To name it that way, so in general, for concrete pouring, I would imagine that concrete pouring concrete parking lots is a relatively profitable job with. Because, since, you're not having to maneuver around a lot of things, you are adding, you know? You can it's a wrap but it's still a rather large job. So, it makes it large and simple which generally leads to profitability, so name it.

That's what I'm naming this one. If you don't, then put a link to your website here. Now, if your website, if you don't have a website or your website is not mobile-friendly for those who sign up for Google My Business Listing Optimizations, we're offering a special on our websites, our mobile-friendly websites.

Because act in March of 2021, Google is actually not going to index websites that aren't mobile-friendly anymore, so they're going to lay it. So that basically, if you don't have a mobile-optimized website. You're not going to be able to show up on Google in that capacity. So, we're basically we're offering one for hundred dollars plus a $50 monthly fee there just to keep it up.

Because there's different things that need to be maintained but that's what we're doing to help people who do not have a website but need one, right? So, continue the optimization here. Once you add a link to your website here, you're going to download that image and you're going to upload that to your Google My Business Listing that's just.

And then, once you've added that Google's going to come around and scan that and scan your Google My Business Listing and knows "Hey! We got a new image!" Then, they're going to go check out the new image, the latitude, and longitude. They're going to say "Something happened around here! Concrete Enhancements did something here. What's going on?"

Then, they're going to say "Okay! Most profitable service!" So, Google's going to link your most profitable service with people searching for that kind of service or that services related to that near Spring near Springfield, Missouri. So that's how you're going to begin to take over the Springfield Market, alright? So that's just one tool in the toolbox that Steady Calls has.

I wanted to share that with you today. So, let's dive into the overall approach that Steady Calls takes when optimizing these Google My Business Listings. alright?

Now, you've seen the technique the easy technique of tagging your images and uploading them to your Google My Business Listing via Google via Geoimgr. So, let me dive in a minute to how Steady Calls helps companies optimize their listing, the bigger 10 000 foot view.

How we do this is we service your Google My Business Listing so that Google comes to know you as the concrete King of Springfield Missouri. Think of Google in this case like your forgetful sister, or wife, or daughter, or maybe that's sexist forgetful son, too.
