I wanted to send you this video to make sure you're getting the maximum attention from your Google My Business Listing as possible. In this video, I'll show you three quick things:

First of all, the view of your Google My Business Listing as you normally see it and I want to add show you some stats there.

And then secondly, the view of your company across town and I also want to show you one technique that will help you be where you could be, okay? I would get your Google My Business where it could be so, alright?

Let's get started!

We're going to start by going off here. You're going to suit most people looking for concrete services use "Concrete Services Near" and it'll be "Me," right? I'm located in Northwest Iowa, so to pull up Sioux Falls, I got to do, I have to search "Sioux Falls, South Dakota, you know? So, it pulls up.

You're going to see a map similar to this. Sometimes, you're going to have an ad up here. Sometimes, you're going to have an ad down here. That ad is going to pull anywhere between 5 to 15% of the people looking for concrete service. Looking to spend money on their patios, driveways, foundations, those kinds of things.

But they're then 60 to 70% of the traffic, statistically is going to come down here and look at doing Amazon Analysis, basically, okay? This guy's got 2.8 reviews, 2.8 stars on his listing. He's got four of them on average of four of you out of the average there. Then, he's got, then this guy Northwest Concrete Cutting and Crane Service has 5, as a bunch of 5 star reviews.

Between these two companies, who would you go with? I mean from a viewer's standpoint, you know? Obviously, you're going to go with this guy here. I mean the debate is really and for this in this instance between Crump Concrete Construction LLC and Northwest Concrete Cutting and Crane Service because they've got 15 reviews and 4.5 stars.

And these guys got 6 reviews and 5 stars. I mean they're so that's really the closer debate. We got 5, 15% going to this ad, maybe a little more with the reviews there. And then, we've got 60 to 70% going to this part of the listing, the more trusted section because you can't just buy your positioning there, right?

And then, you've got then the rest of the traffic. The difference goes down here and checks out the organic results. So that's how that's the breakdown, that's the statistics here. Then, I want to show you my tool that enables me to see how your business listing comes up around town.

There's an assumption that your listing comes up the same way around town and it's not true, okay? So, let's look at Siouxland K & K, for instance. Around here, you can see that they come up pretty done well in the Southwest Corner or Southeast corner of Sioux Falls and out into Northwest Iowa, you know?

Just out on the South Dakota border, right? Canton Granite all that stuff. But out by Brandon, they start to lose it and then start by Linux, they start to lose it. But then, as you get into Sioux Falls Proper, they really don't do all that well. Because as we know, green does means you're getting, you have a high chance of getting the call.

But yellow means you're close to getting the call, but you're still not on, you're still below this into the "View All" section. But then, red and orange means, you've got a lot more work to do before you can actually show up and be visible to people looking for concrete services. So that's how this works specifically.

Now let's dive into your specific map listing and go from there, alright? D & G Concrete Contractors, this is your specific Heat Map of your Google My Business Listing in the Sioux Falls area. So, as you can see as what's previously explained how this map works is it pulls in the Google My Business data.

And then, displays it where you on at the location where your search, where they're searching for. and where your business listing would come up as. So, towards the Northeast side of Sioux Falls, your business listings does fairly well because we can see all the green over here. So, my bet is you're getting a significant number of calls from that area.

I'm not sure if you can track that but that looks to be the case here. And so, as I said earlier, you've got yellow which is means a lot of potent easier potential significantly easier than it is to get the red and the orange to come your way as far as your Google My Business Listing. So, let's get started here!

I'll show you what technique that you can use. It'll take you about 20 minutes at most to do about 10 different times once you get the hang of it but you'll be. You can tag the images and then upload those to your Google My Business Listing and then you'll begin to appear more often in this area, alright?

This is the Google Image or Geoimgr tool, it's G-E-O-I-M-G-R. So, oh, here's I'm going to walk you through how to use it real quick, right? Alright, so click on the photos here and then you're going to we're going to upload a certain photo to there. So, we're going to go up to photos and then we're gonna go pick a photo here concrete images.

We're gonna click on this one here, so then you're gonna-. Once you uploaded the image, it'll pop up here as and let you know that it did. So then, you're gonna have a map. So then, to come up here, we want to get the latitude and longitude of the specific location that we want your Google My Business to come up as.

So then, you're going to dive in here. We're going to go up to you to Sioux Falls, right? And, we're going to look at then we're going to go back to your Heat Map, right? So, let's look at this into your this is this one, alright? So then, let's say that "Okay! We're, you're pretty! My Heat Map is pretty strong here!"

This is we're gonna use this one as an example. So, this may or may not be yours but it's the same principle all the way through. So, say let's just say that you're very strong here on the North, Northeast side of Town, okay? But if you go down here, okay? Then, let's look at specifically where this is, so you're up by Schindler there.

There's really isn't much there besides a few farms and whatever. So, let's move over here and go a little bit more in town, just North of Schindler, okay? Because you're pretty strong up to here. Let's say, you want to start getting more concrete jobs out North of Schindler, okay? So pretty darn close to Sioux Falls.

What you're going to do is then go to this Geoimgr tool and we're going to go down by Schindler, okay? We're going to go just North of that Highway 11 meet 69, okay? So, we're going to click on that area and there's a location icon. It comes up then you have latitude and longitude coming up here.

Now, that's what we want to tag into your image, right? So, we're going to upload. We have our image uploaded here. We've got a school parking lot and then we're going to go we want to write the tags only showing up under the existing. So, we're going to write EXIF Tags then we're going to name the document.

So, let's just say you poured a parking lot out there, okay? So, freshly poured concrete patio, all right? So that's how we're that's how you do, you name it. And then, we're for this in the description, you can add more. Say, "Okay! You've said parking lot, didn't we alright?" So, we got parking lot in there.

And then, what you can say is "Where you did it?" You can name it the specific location that you did probably possibly the address that might help. But the easiest way to the best way to do this here is to add the keywords in that. You want that, you want to be coming up for, so we already have concrete.

We're gonna put in retaining wall foundation, foundation, and what else here. So, we're going to have basically any service that you offer. You want to add those keywords and you're up to 6 or 7 of them. And then, what you're going to do is put the link to your link to your website in here, as well, okay?

And then, what you're going to do is download this image and then you're going to upload it to your Google My Business Section, right? And then, when Google scans this image, what they're going to do is find "Oh! Well, something happened at this latitude and this longitude right so just North of Schindler, just South, and East of Sioux Falls, right? Something went on here! What went on?"

So then, they're going to read freshly poured concrete parking lot, okay? So, somebody poured a freshly poured concrete parking lot out here, right? That's what Google's gonna think then the next piece is that then they're gonna wonder who did this, right? But then, they're gonna zoom back out and see "Okay! This it must be! Let's see!"

It must be D & G Concrete Construction because we're in their Google My business listing. So that's how this works, right? So that's how to one quick technique you can use to get your Google My Business Listing where it should be. Now, we're going to go talk a little bit more about what my company does.

Now, you've seen these three different things and you've seen just seen how you show up in normal Google My Business Listing around town. As well as, you know how you could also improve your listing if you chose to using the Geotag technique.
