Say, I wanted to make this video for you to make sure you're getting the maximum attention from your Google My Business Listing as possible. So, in this video, I'll show you three different things:

First of all, I want to show you how basically, how you normally see your Google My Business Listing and I want to point out some statistics there.

Secondly, I want to show you how your company shows up around town using a Heat Map tool. So, this is the Heat Map tool here, right?

And then finally, what I want to show you is basically your specific listing and the one means and how you one technique on how you can start pulling showing up more in the different areas around town using a tool called Geoimgr, okay?

So this is that's how it all will play out here, alright? So, let's dive in.

First of all, we're going to talk about your Google My Business Listing, so we're going to talk get out of Sioux Falls here and we're going to go to Springfield Missouri, right? Search instead for "Springfield Missouri," so this is how your normal listings come up here, right? So, first of all, you have no, if you're gonna have an ad, you're gonna have it right up here or right up above your first listing there.

That's those are gonna take 5 to 15% of the traffic, statistically speaking. Once the that's done there, the next section is the Google My Business Listing section, you're normally gonna see these. So, 60 to 70% of the traffic looking for "Concrete Services Near Springfield Missouri" will come to this area and stop and find their business via what I call an Amazon Analysis.

So they're going to look at, okay, Liming Concrete's got 4.7 stars and they have 45 reviews. SMCS Springfield Concrete Services has 5 stars and they got well they only have 1 review with that. Selby's Concrete is a middle runner, they've got 5 stars and 6 reviews that are 5 stars. So that's the, so basically what's going to be between these two companies.

I would imagine because or sorry Selby's and Liming because they have a lot of reviews not quite as high, but they have a lot of reviews there. And Selby's has all 5 star reviews, but not as many. So, I would imagine the call is going to be between those two. But first of all, you have to get your listing to come up in these first three positions in order for you to even play the Amazon Analysis game with your customers or potential customers.

So, how do you begin to get your listing in there? First of all, you got to know where it is. So, what we do is we start our due diligence on every single one of these Google My Business Listings. We're using this Heat Map tool. Now, what this Heat Map tool does is it tells me how your business comes up around Springfield Missouri.

As you can see over by Turners, Selby's Concrete dominates that area with position number one. Now, but as you go North and as you go West, you have Selby's starts to lose it well as you go as you get closer to Willard and up by the airport, alright? So that's where this is the power of the Heat Map is.

It tells you that you don't appear the same ways around town. So that's how the Heat Map works, alright? So, in this next section, I want to dive into a specific listing and give you more specific details on how you would begin to change it.

So, first of all, I want to apologize from my machine here. It Davis Structure and that my tool doesn't do well with ampersand. So, it puts in this random string of letters and symbols, so but this is your listing down here. So, first of all, I want to know to recognize that you are strong here down towards the South, on just on the South side of Springfield, Missouri.

Now, the question is, how do you begin to get your listing straightened out? So, as usual, as there's a lot of different techniques that can be used like when you're finishing up a concrete job. There's all sorts of floats that you're going to be using. A trowel, maybe a control joiner, perhaps a broom, perhaps a darby if you're doing curbs.

But when you're doing Google My Business Listings, there's all sorts of tools you can use, as well. I want to show you one of those tools today and we'll move on from there. So, here we go, so this is a tool called Geoimgr (G-E-O-I-M-G-R). Now, what this tool enables you to do is photo is tag the location the latitude, and longitude to a specific photo, and then upload that photo to my business.

Let's walk through the steps here. So, inside this one, you've got to upload your photo here. You can either have it open on a file on your desktop and drag it over or you can click on this and upload a photo. I've already done so for time's sake, okay? So then, we're going to click on the specific location that we want your map listing to come up as, alright?

So, we're going to go back to the Heat Map tool and we're going to say "Okay! Where are they strong and where can we move from strength to strength? Okay, so we're going to click to Turners. We're gonna have Turners, right? Over Turner's because we're moving from a 2 to a 4. We want to get these 4's to turn into 3's and 2's and 1's because remember a 4 is just beyond this fold here this "View All" button.

We can, it's relatively easy to push those up here. So that's what our goal is. So, right out by Turner's, we're going to start. We're going to click our tag. So, right up by Turner's here, we're going to click the tag now. Notice the latitude and longitude changed, so the existing was 37, 207 and now the new one is 37, 177.

We want the new to be in the existing box, so we click the "Write Tags" button there. We get the photo tag confirmation and then we're going to name our image. So, we want to tell them their ID. Your ideal job a.k.a. the one that you make the most money from. So, in this case, I don't know what your profitability scale is.

But I'm assuming pouring a parking lot is one of the larger jobs that you would do and so you're able to get, make a lot of money from that. So, let's just say, for instance, that's your most profitable job. So then, in the image description, you can either put some more lesser profitable jobs there or you can add a link to your website or both.

You can go up to about if you were to extend this box out to about here. You can put in that about that many words. So, it works out to be about 5 to 10 words plus your website link. Maybe, this one you can add up to about 5 to 7 words before it gets cut off. So that's how that works, then you're gonna download the image.

And then, you're gonna upload that image to your Google My Business Listing. Now, you probably already know how to put it up into your Google My Business Listing. So, I'm not gonna insult your intelligence by walking through that. But if you don't have a website, I just want to let you know Steady Calls is running a special for the month of December that for a website for $500 bucks upfront.

And then, a $50 maintenance fee going forward per month. So that's one option there to quit get yourself a website and going from there. So, once you have the latitude and longitude put in here and you have the image uploaded that. Then, Google's going to come around and scan the back of the image and there on.

Those images in your Google My Business Listing like hawks, they come down. "Hey! Hey! We got a new image! Hey! Let's check it out!" Bam!!!! So then, look at "Okay! We got something happening at this launch latitude and this longitude right on the you in Turners looks like!" So, what's happening there?

Then, they come down here and read the poured concrete parking lot name and then they move. Then, they begin to associate your name, your company name, Davis Structure and Development with more and more with those jobs that are searched within these parameters. Now, my suggestion here is that you do one image per bubble here.

Each bubble is two and a half miles apart from the next. So, what that will do is position you for the well. For the next concrete season when people are majorly pouring. I'm assuming things are slowing down up there because of the cold weather. I'm up in Iowa, things are slowing down up here. So, I don't know if the weather's just plain beautiful down there but it's been pretty good in December.

Last yesterday, I was walking around in shorts. But anyway, so let me tell you a little more. I showed you in this video one technique that you can use to optimize your Google My Business Listing. As I said earlier, there's a myriad of techniques. Now, let me dive into the overall approach that Steady Calls takes when optimizing these listings and we'll go from there, alright?

Now, you've seen the technique the easy technique of tagging your images and uploading them to your Google My Business Listing via Google via Geoimgr. So, let me dive in a minute to how Steady Calls helps companies optimize their listing, the bigger 10 000 foot view.

How we do this is we service your Google My Business Listing so that Google comes to know you as the concrete King of Springfield Missouri. Think of Google in this case like your forgetful sister, or wife, or daughter, or maybe that's sexist forgetful son, too. But anyway, to stay at the top of their mind, what we have to do is like my mom and my wife are both fairly forgetful.

Have to leave sticky notes all over the place so that they remember to do what I want them to do or what they need to do throughout around the house, right? But basically, that's what Steady Calls does with Google because it has to be done.

Google is very forgetful. We paste sticky notes if you will via your Google My Business Listing all over your service area. For instance, if you service this whole area around Springfield, which you very well might, that's what will that's what we do. We pay sticky notes in each one of these areas.

Probably, even more, detailed than that because each one of these bubbles is 2.5 miles apart from the next one. What we'll go down is to a mile by mile grid or even closer than that, so because we can go. We can dive into a radius that's 0.5 of a mile or even a quarter-mile apart.

So then, we'll do, what we'll go through is paste sticky nodes in each one of those areas and over time not give it 3 to 6 months.
