I wanted to send you this video to make sure you're getting the maximum attention from your Google My Business Listing as possible. In this video, I'll show you three quick things:

First of all, the view of your Google My Business Listing as you normally see it and I want to add, show you some stats there.

And then, secondly, the view of your company across town and I also want to show you one technique that will help you be where you could be, okay? I would get your Google My Business where it could be so, alright?

Let's get started!

We're going to start by going off here. You're going to suit most people looking for concrete services use "Concrete Services Near" and it'll be "Me," right? I'm located in Northwest Iowa, so to pull up Sioux Falls, I got to do, I have to search "Sioux Falls, South Dakota," you know? So, it pulls up.

You're going to see a map similar to this. Sometimes, you're going to have an ad up here. Sometimes, you're going to have an ad down here. That ad is going to pull anywhere between 5 to 15% of the people looking for concrete service. Looking to spend money on their patios, driveways, foundations, those kinds of things.

But they're then, 60 to 70% of the traffic, statistically is going to come down here and look at doing Amazon Analysis, basically, okay? This guy's got 2.8 reviews, 2.8 stars on his listing. He's got four of them on average of four of you out of the average there. Then, he's got, then this guy Northwest Concrete Cutting and Crane Service has 5, as a bunch of 5 star reviews.

You're going to see a map similar to this. Sometimes, you're going to have an ad up here. Sometimes, you're going to have an ad down here. That ad is going to pull anywhere between 5 to 15% of the people looking for concrete service. Looking to spend money on their patios, driveways, foundations, those kinds of things.

But they're then 60 to 70% of the traffic, statistically is going to come down here and look at doing Amazon Analysis, basically, okay? This guy's got 2.8 reviews, 2.8 stars on his listing. Between these two companies, who would you go with? I mean from a viewer's standpoint, you know? Obviously, you're going to go with this guy here. I mean the debate is really and for this in this instance between Crump Concrete Construction LLC and Northwest Concrete Cutting and Crane Service because they've got 15 reviews and 4.5 stars.

And these guys got 6 reviews and 5 stars. I mean they're so that's really the closer debate. We got 5, 15% going to this ad, maybe a little more with the reviews there. And then, we've got 60 to 70% going to this part of the listing, the more trusted section because you can't just buy your positioning there, right?

And then, you've got then the rest of the traffic. The difference goes down here and checks out the organic results. So that's how that's the breakdown, that's the statistics here. Then, I want to show you my tool that enables me to see how your business listing comes up around town.

There's an assumption that your listing comes up the same way around town and it's not true, okay? So, let's look at Siouxland K & K, for instance. Around here, you can see that they come up pretty done well in the Southwest Corner or Southeast corner of Sioux Falls and out into Northwest Iowa, you know?

Just out on the South Dakota border, right? Canton Granite all that stuff. But out by Brandon, they start to lose it and then start by Linux, they start to lose it. But then, as you get into Sioux Falls Proper, they really don't do all that well. Because as we know, green does means you're getting, you have a high chance of getting the call.

But yellow means you're close to getting the call, but you're still not on, you're still below this into the "View All" section. But then, red and orange means, you've got a lot more work to do before you can actually show up and be visible to people looking for concrete services. So that's how this works specifically.

Now, let's dive into your specific map listing and go from there, alright? Friessen Construction, this is a view of your listing when somebody searches for "Concrete Services Near Me" and they're in this the City of Sioux Falls. So, as you can see, there's lots of room for improvement, what no-.

As I said earlier, the yellow is where you have the easiest opportunity to start taking over. So, how do you begin to do that? Well, we're going to use a tool called Geoimgr, so here's how to do that, right? So, here's the tool Geoimgr (G-E-O-I-M-G-R). And then, first of all, you're going to upload an image by clicking on this blue square here right.

Then, you're going to see a preview of that image down here and then we're going to find a specific location on the map. That's easiest to take over. So, you can get the fastest results. So, you can get more calls as fast as possible, alright? So then, first of all, we notice that it's just above where 29 meets 229.

So, we're going to go just North at about halfway between that and 4. That way about 40 seconds is that 42nd. Yeah, that's 40 seconds. No, it's Highway 42 so that's like 10th street, 10th or 11th there, alright? Then, we're going to go over here and we're going to look a lot. We're going to find that exact location on here.

So, what we're going to do is find our way halfway between, so basically, at the Empire Mall. We're going to put our location pin down and what that means is that we've got our latitude and longitude markers showing up here. This is where the import. This is the important part right here. So then, we're going to go to Write EXIF Tags.

And then, once we see the photos tagged now, we know that the ex, that the new Geotags have been put onto the image inside the program. Now, the doc we want to add a document name. Now, as long as you add the word "Concrete" to it, I'm not going to come after you. But if you don't, that's where we that's where you start having more issues with Google.

It's because you're not telling Google exactly what's going on the key. The best keyword in here is "Concrete." And then, the right, you can add some more description to what you did there. And then, an image description you're going to add, some services that you provide. You don't need to necessarily provide it that you provided there or that you'd like to provide there would be the ideal there.

And then, you're going to add into your link to your website, as well, after you download this image and move it to your Google My Business Listing. I'm sure assuming you already know how to do that. So, I'm not going to sort your intelligence and walk you through that right now. But this, then, you then, you'll have a tagged image in your Google My Business Listing.

So, Google is going to come along and scan the back of that image. What they're going to find is the exact latitude and longitude of this location in this case of the Empire Mall and they're going to say "Okay! What happened over there?" And then, they're going to scan the document name, okay?

Some freshly poured concrete's over here, okay? "Well, who poured it?" Well, then, they're going to go to Friessen Construction and say "Okay! Well, it's in their Google My Business Listing." So, they obviously must support it. So then, they're going to know that you do concrete services in the Empire Mall vicinity.

So then, when somebody searches for concrete services in that vicinity, your name will start popping up more, and more, and more. That's the simplest way to put it. So that's how that's a specific technique that you can use to optimize your Google My Business Listing for the searches that are happening.

Even today, it's toning down a little bit now with the colder season. I'm sure but you have to begin. For it takes a couple of months often for these things to for Google to begin to recognize this, so it happens as quick. Generally, sometimes, it's two weeks but as often, it'll take as long as three months to do that.

So, what would be excellent now? That concrete season is toning down is to start adding images now. So that when the concrete season comes up again in the spring and starts opening when everything thaws out and the snow's gone, that would give you an opportunity to begin at a prime location or in a prime position with more market share than you have right now.

So, now, that I've told you one specific technique of how to do this. First of all, I expect you to do it because there's no real reason not to-. It takes about 20 minutes to do. But secondly, I want to tell you a little bit more about Steady Calls and the overall strategy that we take when we optimize Google My Business Listings, alright?

Now, you've seen these three different things and you've seen just seen how you show up in normal Google My Business Listing around town. As well as, you know how you could also improve your listing if you chose to using the Geotag technique.

Now, I just want to tell you a little bit about how my companies, my company's Steady Calls helps companies in Sioux Falls. We service Google Map Business Listings so that Google comes to know you as in this case the concrete king of the space. Then, you got to imagine there's different ones that we do, you know?

You've got the concrete king, you got the HVAC king, you know? There's different ones that we do, so think. But what do we do with Google specifically, okay? You got to think of Google in this case like your forgetful sister or wife, you know? You the Geotagging is one way.

We send sticky notes to Google, reminding Google of your company's status inside of Sioux Falls, right? To stay at the top of your sisters or wife's mind, you go for. Basically, if you're telling your sister to do chores like we did when you were younger or you're still in the house or you know?

When you're trying to get your wife to remember to do something around the house that's been really bugging you. It's time to kind of reverse what stereotype is, but you know? Whatever you gotta continually remind them that you want to do something, maybe you want something done, you know?

Basically, that's what Steady Calls does with Google. We remind Google by pasting sticky notes all over your area, whether it's from Harrisburg all the way down to going Iowa, you know? It there's a whole bunch of areas around there that you, I don't know what radius of Sioux Falls you service.
