I wanted to send you this video to make sure you're getting the maximum attention from your Google My Business Listing as possible. In this video, I'll show you three quick things:

First of all, the view of your Google My Business Listing as you normally see it and I want to add, show you some stats there.

And then, secondly, the view of your company across town and I also want to show you one technique that will help you be where you could be, okay? I would get your Google My Business where it could be so, alright?

Let's get started!

We're going to start by going off here. You're going to suit most people looking for concrete services use "Concrete Services Near" and it'll be "Me," right? I'm located in Northwest Iowa, so to pull up Sioux Falls, I got to do, I have to search "Sioux Falls, South Dakota," you know? So, it pulls up.

You're going to see a map similar to this. Sometimes, you're going to have an ad up here. Sometimes, you're going to have an ad down here. That ad is going to pull anywhere between 5 to 15% of the people looking for concrete service. Looking to spend money on their patios, driveways, foundations, those kinds of things.

But they're then, 60 to 70% of the traffic, statistically is going to come down here and look at doing Amazon Analysis, basically, okay? This guy's got 2.8 reviews, 2.8 stars on his listing. He's got four of them on average of four of you out of the average there. Then, he's got, then this guy Northwest Concrete Cutting and Crane Service has 5, as a bunch of 5 star reviews.

Between these two companies, who would you go with? I mean from a viewer's standpoint, you know? Obviously, you're going to go with this guy here. I mean the debate is really and for this in this instance between Crump Concrete Construction LLC and Northwest Concrete Cutting and Crane Service because they've got 15 reviews and 4.5 stars.

And these guys got 6 reviews and 5 stars. I mean they're so that's really the closer debate. We got 5, 15% going to this ad, maybe a little more with the reviews there. And then, we've got 60 to 70% going to this part of the listing, the more trusted section because you can't just buy your positioning there, right?

And then, you've got then the rest of the traffic. The difference goes down here and checks out the organic results. So that's how that's the breakdown, that's the statistics here. Then, I want to show you my tool that enables me to see how your business listing comes up around town.

There's an assumption that your listing comes up the same way around town and it's not true, okay? So, let's look at Siouxland K & K, for instance. Around here, you can see that they come up pretty done well in the Southwest Corner or Southeast corner of Sioux Falls and out into Northwest Iowa, you know?

Just out on the South Dakota border, right? Canton Granite all that stuff. But out by Brandon, they start to lose it and then start by Linux, they start to lose it. But then, as you get into Sioux Falls Proper, they really don't do all that well. Because as we know, green does means you're getting, you have a high chance of getting the call.

But yellow means you're close to getting the call, but you're still not on, you're still below this into the "View All" section. But then, red and orange means, you've got a lot more work to do before you can actually show up and be visible to people looking for concrete services. So that's how this works specifically.

Now, let's dive into your specific map listing and go from there, alright? G & A Pavement Solutions, so this is your specific Heat Map. The tool that I'm using is that the Heat Map tool doesn't like ampersand. So, it puts in this random string of symbols here, instead, so please forgive me for that. What you, what this is?

It shows your positioning inside of suit the City of Sioux. So, as you can see, there's Sioux Falls here. Well, as I said earlier, the yellow is more of what we call the low-hanging fruit in here. That's the place where you can most easily begin to take over and gather more calls through your Google My Business Listing because I think you would agree with me.

That it's pointless to have a Google My Business Listing if people aren't searching. Aren't finding your Google My Business Listing and calling it, right? Because otherwise, you're putting this out, this effort into it and just like-. Okay, well, you know it's not really doing anything. So, how would you begin to take over these yellow areas and make them into 3's, and 2's, and even 1's?

Because remember, the 3's, 2's, and 1's. 3, 2, and 1 are the areas that are showing up without having to go beyond the fold here be click by clicking the "View All" section, so because that remember 4. I said I'll wait what is it. Yeah, it was 60 to 70% get my numbers mixed up for a minute there.

60 to 70% of the traffic is going to come down here and the traffic is people looking to buy concrete services. Looking to get quotes on the various concrete jobs that they need done in the Sioux Falls area. So, how do you get up in here? Well, we're going to use a tool called Geoimgr. Geoimgr is a photo tagging tool.

What it does is enable you to tag the specific location that you'd want your Google My Business List to show up more in on a photo. And then, upload that photo to your Google My Business Listing, alright? So, let's walk through that process moment. So, first of all, you're going to want to know where you need to show up.

As so, we're going to look at, so we're showing it first most strongly right here, right is 299. 229 curves down right, right? Why I want to say it's Minnesota? Yeah, so just, so there's Minnesota, and then you come out here. This is where you guys more are showing up. So, let's pick that area here right by Costco, right?

So, we're gonna go over here. First of all, you need to upload an image by clicking the click in the blue area here or dragging it over from your full, from your photo folder. So, it helps if you have all your a lot of your photos moved over from your phone this way. So, you can use if you're using an iPhone.

You can just move it over that, move it over in iCloud if you're using Google. You can upload Google Drive and then download it that way. So that's a simple way to do it. Then, you, once your photo gets in here, you can do one at a time in the free version. With the pro-version, you get to do bulk.

So, for what you're doing one at a time won't take very long because then you're just going to do one for each bubble that's around here. So, each one of these bubbles here is two and a half miles apart. So, if you did a Google My Business, if you added an image for each individual section here, you'd be, you'd greatly increase it.

So, this is a 9 by 9 grid, so you need 81 different images on there but, you know? Everybody's got a ton of images these days and so they may as well put them to use, right? So, anyhow, you're gonna go and pick the specific location. We wanna find one right by Costco. Costco is right about here, so we're then, we have.

We're given the latitude and longitude. Well, we want the latitude and longitude on the back of our image. So, we're gonna click the "Write EXIF Tag," right? So, now, the new Geotag code is the same as the existing and that's what we want to see. Then, we're going to name our image which freshly poured concrete because we want to tell Google here what we did.

Because right here, we're telling them where we did it. Now, we want to tell them what we did or what we want to do there. Then, we're going to go to our image description, add in some of your lower tier services. The ones that aren't as profitable here because you want to add your more profitable ones here and the less profitable ones here.

And then, you're going to add a link to your website if you have one or you can link back to your Google My Business Listing. It won't hurt you, it'll only help you, right? So, you're going to download this image and then you're going to upload it to your Google My Business Listing, right?

And, when you upload it to your Google My Business Listing, be sure to add the description that Google asks for because that'll help you a lot, as well. If you put in like even just 20 words will really help you out. So, once you have that, Google's going to be like "Oh, hey! A new image!" You know they're very greedy about that.

Because the more information you give them, the better they're happier they are and better off your listing does. So, you're gonna-, they're gonna see. The latitude, longitudes are gonna be like "Oh, hey! Something happened over here! What happened?" Then, they're gonna scan this and say "Okay! Well, something happened over here."

And so, if this is your most profitable service but they're going to start associating your Google My Business Listing with that profitable service, right? And so, the more you do that, the more often your listing will start to show up for people searching for that profitable service. So, and result, you'll get more calls for that profitable service and you go from there.

That's how you optimize your listing. That's one simple technique, okay? So, now, I want to dive into a little bit about the overall strategy that my company Steady Calls takes when we go after Google My Business Listings. Because we're fairly aggressive with that, we tend to stay in all the legitimate techniques.

We don't go black hat but we do go fairly aggressively. So, let's dive into that, alright? So, now, you've seen these three different things and you've seen, just seen how you show up in normal Google My Business Listings around town. As well as, you know how you could also improve your listing if you chose to using the Geotag technique.

Now, I just want to tell you a little bit about how my companies, my company's Steady Calls helps companies in Sioux Falls. We service Google Map Business Listings so that Google comes to know you as in this case the concrete king of the space. Then, you got to imagine there's different ones that we do, you know?

You've got the concrete king, you got the HVAC king, you know? There's different ones that we do, so think. But what do we do with Google specifically, okay? You got to think of Google in this case like your forgetful sister or wife, you know? You the Geotagging is one way.

We send sticky notes to Google, reminding Google of your company's status inside of Sioux Falls, right? To stay at the top of your sisters or wife's mind, you go for. Basically, if you're telling your sister to do chores like we did when you were younger or you're still in the house or you know?

When you're trying to get your wife to remember to do something around the house that's been really bugging you. It's time to kind of reverse what stereotype is, but you know? Whatever you gotta continually remind them that you want to do something, maybe you want something done, you know?

Basically, that's what Steady Calls does with Google. We remind Google by pasting sticky notes all over your area, whether it's from Harrisburg all the way down to going Iowa, you know? It there's a whole bunch of areas around there that you, I don't know what radius of Sioux Falls you service.
