I just wanted to send you this quick video to make sure that you're getting the maximum attention from your Google My Business Listing as possible. In this video, I'll show you three different things:

First of all, how you normally show up in your Google Listing. Just want to point out a few things there. 

Secondly, how you show up around town. Because if you search from your place of business, you're going to pop. You're going to show up one way if you should show up. If you search for your business at a job site, you're going to show up a different way.

Finally, the third point am I want to show you the difference of where you are to where you could be, alright? 

Let's get started!

Inside here, if you search, if you roll up here, and you search for them, what most people looking for concrete services are looking are searching "Concrete Services Near Me." I had Birmingham, Alabama because I'm up in Iowa, right? But this is how this is what's going to come up, so we're going to just divide this.

You've got 100% of the traffic coming on from this search onto this page, right? You've got 55 to 15% are gonna go to the ads, so you have two ads on this page. 1 and 2, now, a good 60 to 70% of the traffic. The majority is going to go to the trusted Google My Business Listing.

I say trusted because, over my years of doing this, I've seen that people that the ads continuously only get 5 to 15%. Why? Is that because it takes a lot more effort to get into this section than it is to just simply buy your way to the top, right? This is a lot more trustworthy than the ads, right?

And the rest of the traffic anywhere between 15 to 30% is going to go into the organic listings. Then, maybe 3 to 5% is going to hit up the view all page. Now, if you or your kids are on Instagram, are you familiar with that? This is essentially going being above the fold on Instagram and this is essentially being below the fold.

You can find on most businesses on in Birmingham, Alabama by looking at view all. They're not all popping up all the time, but this is what's hap. This is where you can see most of them, alright? Let's look at this here a minute, right? Let's see if you come up on this search here, right?

You're not probably coming up on this search here, so let's look at let's move on to point number two, right? Where you're coming in for? Let's see how you come up around town, alright? This tool is called a Heat Map, this is what a Google trusted service. A friend of mine built it out over the last few months.

It's been more of the last two years of coming, but I mean it's really we've only been using it for a couple months now. But the way this works is it's a is that you can imagine like a stoplight. The red we all like or we all hate because sorry! We all hate red because you have to stop, and you have to sit there and wait 5 to 10 minutes for the light to do its thing.

And, it's really a pain in the butt to do that versus you have the yellow and orange is as it's where it's, so you know. You might be able to make it. You might not, it's okay versus you have the green. The green is your you can keep going to where you're go to where you want to go, right?

Similarly, the way this translates in business is very similar. The more green you have it symbolizes the number of calls that you're going to get from your listing, right? The more green you have, the more calls. Similarly, the more yellow and red you have, you're not going to get as many calls.

Because when you're both, when you have numbers 1, 2, and 3, you're going to be green. That means that you're going to be above the fold over here. Remember, above the fold is going to be you're going to be one of these three companies here. You're going to get a lot more.

It's a lot more effort for somebody to go and click or tap, and view all than it is for somebody to just continue to scroll. That's how the web's turning out to be. You can call it lazy, you can call it, what it is? Just call it whatever you want, it's just, it's the way it is! Fortunately or unfortunately, suppose, but I know.

And, I'll prove to you that I'm not just yanking your chain by pasting the majority of these red, you know? Because I can go to any company in the space here. I got a list of competitors and you'll notice that I have a map listing like this below. You can mess with it for the next 5 to 10 days.

It'll probably be good for the next 30 or so and then it becomes inactive. I believe, so that you can click on another one, it'll change the listing here. You're doing a lot more better than Kirkpatrick is, right? When we go to American Foundations and these guys are doing a lot better. Let's go back to yours here.

You can search for yours by clicking on the arrow and then you can search for any competitor in space that you want to look at. I know it goes from there. What we do is we help companies by servicing their Google My Business Listing. The third point of where this presentation is that I wanted to show you the difference where you are.

This is where you are right now to where you could be. I wanted to pull up one of the more dominant competitors in the space here is American Concrete Foundations on walls. Notice how they've got a lot more green, a lot more 1, 2, and 3 in the space, then JEB Company does, then you guys do so.

What that means is, it's not just the numbers. I'm not just flashing different statistics here and there it actually comes down to the number of opportunities to get concrete jobs. It is because what they're doing is positioning themselves to get a lot more calls from people looking to have to get bids on their specific concrete work.

Whether it's a foundation, whether it's a driveway, whether it's retaining wall, all that just! So that's how that works, so you're positioning yourself to win, to get more calls that way. The more similar, the more green you have, the more opportunities you have.

You're missing out on the less green, You should have the more calls. You're missing out on in all of this whole area here. So that's where Steady Calls fits into the mix here.
