Say, I just wanted to drop you this quick video to make sure you're getting the maximum attention from Google as possible. In this video, I'll show you a few different things:

First of all, how you'll show up currently in Google's in the normal Google My Business Listing.

Then, I want to show you how you show up around town in this section. I'll dispel a common myth that if you pull your pull up your listing around or your place of business and you notice that you're "Hey! We're coming up here!" That's not the same as you show up around in the rest of the places around town.

So, finally, I'll show you how you basically the difference of where you are to where you could be by showing you how where the top competitor in the space is.

Let's get started!

When you would search for "Concrete Services Near Me," I'm up in Northwest Iowa so I add "Birmingham Alabama" over there. But what happens is that this is the most common what people are looking for. People who are looking for to have their driveway poured or to have their con their foundation laid for their house.

That's what they're searching so often. What come up first is an ad, okay? Then, you'll have you might have another ad and then you're gonna have the Google My Business Listing section. So, the way this breaks down consistently speaking is that about 5, 10 maybe 15% of the people will click on the ads, right?

Because the majority of people are like "Hey! That's an ad!" Anybody can buy their way up to the top there even the not so good, not so trustworthy companies. But the more reliable companies are the ones that come up here, you know? Because they've done the work, they've invested an amount of that amount to be here to actually show up in the organic listings now.

Then, you've got the rest of the organic listings here. These listing the business listings here get 60 to 70% of the traffic. The red the majority of the rest of that 30% that's left over or 15 since we got the ads come down here. And then, a small minute percentage come and click on the "View All' to find the companies over here.

So that's how this works! So, let's find your concrete company here. So, you're down towards the bottom here. So, it's more difficult to find you. I mean I'm not going to sit there and say it's not going to take some work to get up to the top again. The good news is you have 5, 4-star reviews.

So that means all things considered. You're ahead of those who have fewer reviews, right? And you can tell though that based just based on reviews, it's not the only factor that pushes you up. They've American Concrete Foundations while they do. They are the dominant competitor in the space. They're still below you in this search.

There's got to be some other factors that come on there and I can explain more about those. Give me a call. We'll be there. But now, let's show go on to number two: how you show up around town, okay? So, this is how. This is Kirkpatrick Concrete Co here. This is a special tool, it's called a Heat Map.

What partner of mine just rolled this out a little bit ago. So, but basically, what it is? Is it integrates directly with Google and pulls the information of the listings as if somebody was searching from the various location. So, out toward Fairfield at Midfield, you're going to be-, you'll show up a little bit but then you'll be hidden by the fold.

You'll be number 4. Versus, if you go up and down towards the 78 sign here, you'll be up. You'll show up more often if you're in Central Birmingham. You'll show up very, you'll show up pretty good. But as you go over on Highway 20 where it rolls with 159 or 459, I'm sorry. Then, Irondale, that's where things really start to go South because I'm like you show up a little bit.

But then, as you go up, you start ending up beyond the fold. Not in people's main viewpoint. Now, the way you can interpret this map, pretty simply by your dog. It's not a color by number deal though accord it sort of is because numbers 1 through 3 is green and numbers 4 through 7 are yellow.

Then, it starts getting orange, a little bit of tinge of orange. So, 8 through 11 and then it starts getting orange and red as the higher you go up. So, it is basically a color by number deal. But the way that, so the way this works is the more green you have, basically, equals how many calls you're getting.

The percentage of the calls in the market place that you're getting. So, any time that you're green, that means you're going to get some calls. Anytime you're yellow, that means you might get a few calls. You probably won't but inside your yellow, orange, and red, there's very low chance that you get the calls that way.

The more green you have, the more calls you get, and as you know? The more calls you get translates into the more bit jobs you bid. And the more jobs you bid translates into more closed jobs. And more closed jobs means more revenue. More the bet you can take care of your family, better you can take care of your employees, better and the world, the sun comes out, right?

So then, I want to show you ways. We are from where you are. This is where you are right now to where you could be, right? So, this is the dominating listing throughout the space. Now, notice how it's not that far ahead of you. It's because they have significant red and orange colors too and they have a lot.

They have a lot more green though throughout and you've got more yellow. So that's where the competition really lies. So, now that you've seen where you are and where you could be. Well, how does how do I fit into this? How does Steady Calls fit into this?

Think of Google like your forgetful sister, wife, or daughter. My wife and my sister are both pretty forgetful.
