Say, I wanted to send you this video to make sure that you are getting the maximum attention from your Google My Business Listing as possible. So in this video, I'm going to show you three different things:

First of all, how you normally show up in your Google My Business Listing. You're going to be familiar with this one, but I want to point out a few statistics.

Secondly, I want to show you how your company's listing shows up around town. I'm going to use a special Heat Map tool for this.

Thirdly, I want to show you where you could be and I will in doing. So, I'll introduce the purpose of Steady Calls, alright?

So, let's dive in! Let's dive into the first part how your Google My Business Listing normally shows up and how it works, okay?

People searching for concrete services will search concrete services near whatever location. In this case, you're in Rockford so that's what we're doing, right? Inside here, this is what's going to go down. Majority of people we're going to scroll down here and they're going to stop here. Sometimes, you're going to have some ads up here.

And in light of that, you're going to lose about 5 to 15% of people coming down, but 60 to 70% of people will stop at the Google My Business Listings. Then, the last few will go down here, but the majority come here. In order to find all the Google My Business Listings, you got to click on "View All" but really hardly anyone does that.

Statistically speaking, it's most important to be in these first three listings, right? So that's how you normally show up here. So, let's go into part two where I show you show up around town. To do that, I want to introduce a Heat Map tool, alright? Here's a Heat Map tool, right? So this is what a friend of mine just finished this recently, was recently released.

He's been working on it for two years. It's a Google approved service, so it's what it does is it pulls Google My Business Listing data as if the person was searching from that certain area. In this case, say, somebody was searching for concrete services near them and they fought and they were searching it from Sherland or Harrison area.

Now, in this an Early Concrete Co Incorporated case, they would show up as eighth, or sixth, or possibly, third, if they're on the South side of Harrison. So that shows based on the location where somebody's searching from makes it different, makes a huge difference. For instance, perhaps Early the owner of Early Concrete decides to come down here and he searched any.

I have to be working on a job down here just South of 75 and he searches, right? Well, I want to write my Google My Business comes up and so he searches for it and he comes up number one. Hey, we're doing pretty good around here, you know? But, say, he has the office location is up here by the intersection of Highway 2, right?

Then, near Rockton, say, you don't say he searches for his business over here. Well, he comes up with no, he doesn't show up because he's going to keep confronted with this type of deal, right? He's 1, 2, and 3, and then he's gonna be number nine, which you click on the "View All" and then go to the next page.

But nobody really ever does that. He's not gonna be appearing there, right? So that's what's going on. That's what a Heat Map tool does. In this next section, I want to show you how you specifically show up in Rockford, Illinois, alright? Midstate Concrete Products, let's dive into it! So, now, you've seen how your Google Maps appears as normal and we've given you a little bit of an intro to this Heat Map tool.

It's unique but it's really helpful because it pulls the unique locations of your Google My Business Listing as if it searched from different areas around Rockford. So, let's dive into your specific listing and then we'll compare it to another listing and doing well in the area. So, as you can see with this map, you can.

We're on the town of Rockford right here. So, as I might have mentioned earlier, you've got three color, three main colors on this map, you've got you green, yellow, and red. There's a few oranges, but you know? Not that many here. So that way this works out is that we're going to go through what I think.

This is a good analogy for this is called a stoplight, you know? So, because it works out similar in business as it does on the road, let's walk through it. So, green means that your business can keep going in the same way as a car keeps going at a stoplight. Which means, meaning that the more green you have, the more calls that your business is going to get.

And then, the more calls your business gets, the more bids you're able to get customers or the more people you're able to serve. The more people you're able to give bids and estimates out to for your different products. And then, the more call, the more estimates you give, the more business that you'll close.

That's the cycle of business, right? So, the way we've worked this out is that green means, though, it means you've got a solid chance of getting the call, right? Because green refers to these three listings here: Listing number 1, 2, and 3. Sometimes, you get the ad as mentioned earlier but that's an on the rarity.

So the way this all fits together, then is more green you have, the more calls that you're gonna get. So, the green, this shows that you're positioning well to receive the call. The yellow means, you're close to it but you're not quite there and the red means you have a significant distance before you can go, get the call organically from your Google My Business Listing.

What other look? Let's look at another business that's in your area and see how their map differs from yours. See how their positioning is different, alright? So, Center Line Concrete has is positioned well to receive a lot of more calls. I'm guessing they're going to get a lot more calls from this area here because that would as far North as Machesney Park and I'll probably up towards Harrison on the West side but up here.

It doesn't matter if they're up in Beloit because, you know? We don't do business up in Wisconsin, so it doesn't make a difference but South Beloit, you know? They're missing out on that. Still, but they're positioned well to get a lot of the downtown area of Rockford. As well as, other places around here, as well, up on the West side specifically.

But if you go in the North, to the North side, they're not as very well up there but they do have a lot more significant coverage compared to where you are at. So that's just a quick overview of your Heat Map compared to where another one of your competitors is at. So, well, where does this leave us? Well, well, let's move on to the next round here, so, alright?

Now, you've seen where you stand against the dominant competition in Rockford and so now, it's time to figure out, okay? Well, what does it take to become the Rockford Concrete King? Well, that's where Steady Calls come in.
