I wanted to send you this video to make sure you're getting the maximum attention from your Google My Business Listing as possible. In this video, I'll show you three quick things:

First of all, the view of your Google My Business Listing as you normally see it and I want to add, show you some stats there.

And then, secondly, the view of your company across town and I also want to show you one technique that will help you be where you could be, okay? I would get your Google My Business where it could be so, alright?

Let's get started!

We're going to start by going off here. You're going to suit most people looking for concrete services use "Concrete Services Near" and it'll be "Me," right? I'm located in Northwest Iowa, so to pull up Sioux Falls, I got to do, I have to search "Sioux Falls, South Dakota," you know? So, it pulls up.

You're going to see a map similar to this. Sometimes, you're going to have an ad up here. Sometimes, you're going to have an ad down here. That ad is going to pull anywhere between 5 to 15% of the people looking for concrete service. Looking to spend money on their patios, driveways, foundations, those kinds of things.

But they're then 60 to 70% of the traffic, statistically is going to come down here and look at doing Amazon Analysis, basically, okay? This guy's got 2.8 reviews, 2.8 stars on his listing. He's got four of them on average of four of you out of the average there. Then, he's got, then this guy Northwest Concrete Cutting and Crane Service has 5, as a bunch of 5 star reviews.

Between these two companies, who would you go with? I mean from a viewer's standpoint, you know? Obviously, you're going to go with this guy here. I mean the debate is really and for this in this instance between Crump Concrete Construction LLC and Northwest Concrete Cutting and Crane Service because they've got 15 reviews and 4.5 stars.

And these guys got 6 reviews and 5 stars. I mean they're so that's really the closer debate. We got 5, 15% going to this ad, maybe a little more with the reviews there. And then, we've got 60 to 70% going to this part of the listing, the more trusted section because you can't just buy your positioning there, right?

And then, you've got then the rest of the traffic. The difference goes down here and checks out the organic results. So that's how that's the breakdown, that's the statistics here. Then, I want to show you my tool that enables me to see how your business listing comes up around town.

There's an assumption that your listing comes up the same way around town and it's not true, okay? So, let's look at Siouxland K & K, for instance. Around here, you can see that they come up pretty done well in the Southwest Corner or Southeast corner of Sioux Falls and out into Northwest Iowa, you know?

Just out on the South Dakota border, right? Canton Granite all that stuff. But out by Brandon, they start to lose it and then start by Lennox, they start to lose it. But then, as you get into Sioux Falls Proper, they really don't do all that well. Because as we know, green does means you're getting, you have a high chance of getting the call.

But yellow means you're close to getting the call, but you're still not on, you're still below this into the "View All" section. But then, red and orange means, you've got a lot more work to do before you can actually show up and be visible to people looking for concrete services. So that's how this works specifically.

Now let's dive into your specific map listing and go from there, alright? Naatjez Concrete, this is your listing. Specifically, how it looks from a bird's eye point of view? So, this is the Heat Map as introduced earlier. What it tells me is that your listing does very well out here on the Southeast side of South Dakota, the Southeast tip.

But as you go into Sioux Falls, you start to lose Sioux Falls Proper. You start to lose it as you go outside Lennox and those areas that's where things start to go. I mean we're going East but it's things start to go South for you if, you know what I mean. So that's how I can tell from if somebody was searching from Inwood, you'd be the number three there. So, you'd still be number three. You'd still be coming up there, you know?

I'm searching over here from Northwest Iowa and I'm getting you for getting you showing up there as well. So that's really good but the real question in 2021 is how do you grow your business? You do that by growing your market share. So, in this case, you can see it a bird's eye view of your market share in the Sioux Falls area.

As you can tell, you're taking up a significant portion down here. But you could easily get into the South, get into Sioux Falls area here for Sioux Falls Proper because these are all yellow. What yellow means is prime opportunity. That's what you should think when you see yellow. Once it starts getting a little darker and starts turning orange, that's when things start to get a little more difficult.

But yellow means lots of opportunities, okay? With this, how do I mean that? Now, let me show you one simple optimization that you can do to your Google My Business Listing. That'll enable you to start turning these yellow pieces green, okay? So, this is what's called Geoimgr.

Let's say that she wanted to-, start to freeze up, alright? I'm going to fresh bait. So, let's go to here. We'll go to here. So, this is how the Geometry will show up, right? So then, you got to zoom in, specifically, on your area, right? So, when you first load up this tool, it's going to look like this. To get it started, what you're going to have to do is upload a photo.

We're going to do here is upload a photo. This is of a school parking lot, so there's no Geotags found. Then, you're going to have an image of a map like this. And then, if you're using the free version like this is. I'll use the paid version for agency. But I want to show you how it would appear for you.

So then, you're going to go over to South Dakota. We're going to get dive into Sioux Falls, right? So, we're going to click into Sioux Falls. We have to press "Control + Scroll." I mean if you try to scroll, basically, it says "Control + Scroll," so you can "+ Control," right? Then, you're going to want to move this around to where you need to-, where your listing needs to come up at, right?

We're going to look back at here Naatjes Concrete. So, we're going to want to start taking over the Sioux Falls. Specifically, if we zoom in, we want to look at 229 and 42. That's where we're going to start taking over. So that's what the intersection that we're going to put this at, right? So, we're going to go over here to that as here, so intersection of 242, then 229.

We're going to click on this here. That's where we're going to want to come up for. So then, we've got, let's zoom out this one a minute, okay? That'll work, then we've got our setup here. So, now, we're now! Now, we're going to look at the-, notice the longitude and latitude functions here, so latitude, longitude.

Now, we have no existing Geotags here. So, we're going to have to write them, okay? We're going to "Write EXIF Tags." Now, we've got. Now, it shows that my existing tags are matching my new tags. That's what we want. So then, we're going to go over here and we're going to type in. We want to say "Okay! So, we did a concrete job out here! So, we want to do freshly poured concrete, okay?

You can add different ones there. You can add up to 8 words is what I'd recommend. I wouldn't go over that because it'll get cut off. But then, you're gonna go down to image description say "You poured a patio, okay?" So, you pour the patio there, and then you're going to add in. You want to add a link to your website here, or to your Google My Business, whichever one you prefer if your website new.

If you don't, I would add your website over anything else. But if you don't have a website, add your Google My Business in there. That'll be fine. So then, you're going to download this and you're going to upload this to your Google My Business Listing because what that'll do is Google is going to come along "Hey! Scan your listing!"

They find the image. So, they're going to like "Okay! What's going on with the image here?" Then, first of all, then they're going to scan the latitude, longitude "So, something went on here intersection of 42, 229, okay?" Then, okay, what went on here? Freshly poured concrete! So, "Somebody just recently poured concrete over here! Well, who was that?"

Oh, yeah! We're in! We're Naatjes Concrete's listing! So, they must have done it. So, what then will happen is you'll start to come up more and more when people search for concrete services in this area. So that's how this works, alright? So, now, we're going to get into this is just one simple optimization that Steady Calls does.

Let's get into a little more! Generally, how Steady Calls works and we'll go from there, alright? Now, you've seen these three different things and you've seen just seen how you show up in normal Google My Business Listing around town. As well as, you know how you could also improve your listing if you chose to using the Geotag technique.

Now, I just want to tell you a little bit about how my companies, my company's Steady Calls helps companies in Sioux Falls. We service Google Map Business Listings so that Google comes to know you as in this case the concrete king of the space. Then, you got to imagine there's different ones that we do, you know?

You've got the concrete king, you got the HVAC king, you know? There's different ones that we do, so think. But what do we do with Google specifically, okay? You got to think of Google in this case like your forgetful sister or wife, you know? You the Geotagging is one way.

We send sticky notes to Google, reminding Google of your company's status inside of Sioux Falls, right? To stay at the top of your sisters or wife's mind, you go for. Basically, if you're telling your sister to do chores like we did when you were younger or you're still in the house or you know?
