Say, I wanted to send you this video to make sure that you are getting the maximum attention from your Google My Business Listing as possible. So in this video, I'm going to show you three different things:

First of all, how you normally show up in your Google My Business Listing. You're going to be familiar with this one, but I want to point out a few statistics.

Secondly, I want to show you how your company's listing shows up around town. I'm going to use a special Heat Map tool for this.

Thirdly, I want to show you where you could be and I will in doing. So, I'll introduce the purpose of Steady Calls, alright?

So, let's dive in! Let's dive into the first part how your Google My Business Listing normally shows up and how it works, okay?

People searching for concrete services will search concrete services near whatever location. In this case, you're in Rockford so that's what we're doing, right? Inside here, this is what's going to go down. Majority of people we're going to scroll down here and they're going to stop here. Sometimes, you're going to have some ads up here.

And in light of that, you're going to lose about 5 to 15% of people coming down, but 60 to 70% of people will stop at the Google My Business Listings. Then, the last few will go down here, but the majority come here. In order to find all the Google My Business Listings, you got to click on "View All" but really hardly anyone does that.

Statistically speaking, it's most important to be in these first three listings, right? So that's how you normally show up here. So, let's go into part two where I show you show up around town. To do that, I want to introduce a Heat Map tool, alright? Here's a Heat Map tool, right? So this is what a friend of mine just finished this recently, was recently released.

He's been working on it for two years. It's a Google approved service, so it's what it does is it pulls Google My Business Listing data as if the person was searching from that certain area. In this case, say, somebody was searching for concrete services near them and they fought and they were searching it from Sherland or Harrison area.

Now, in this an Early Concrete Co Incorporated case, they would show up as eighth, or sixth, or possibly, third, if they're on the South side of Harrison. So that shows based on the location where somebody's searching from makes it different, makes a huge difference. For instance, perhaps, Early the owner of Early Concrete decides to come down here and he searched any.

I have to be working on a job down here just South of 75 and he searches, right? Well, I want to write my Google My Business comes up and so he searches for it and he comes up number one. Hey, we're doing pretty good around here, you know? But, say, he has the office location is up here by the intersection of Highway 2, right?

Then, near Rockton, say, you don't say he searches for his business over here. Well, he comes up with no, he doesn't show up because he's going to keep confronted with this type of deal, right? He's 1, 2, and 3, and then he's gonna be number nine, which you click on the "View All" and then go to the next page.

But nobody really ever does that. He's not gonna be appearing there, right? So that's what's going on. That's what a Heat Map tool does. In this next section, I want to show you how you specifically show up in Rockford, Illinois, alright? Ozinga Ready Mix Concrete, let's dive into your specific listing here.

So, as you already know about the listing a little bit, basically, you can look at this like a stoplight. Green, you're gonna your business is gonna be able to explode because you're gonna be able to keep going in the direction that you wanna go, right? Versus yellow, you're gonna have some possible delays going on there because you're not going to be getting as many calls as you would.

If your light is red, means you're pretty much not going to get the call. You're going to have a lot of delays from there. Because honestly, the more calls you get, the more revenue your company makes. Because the more calls you get, the more estimates you're able to put out and the bids you're able to put out.

And then, you're the more jobs you're able to close and actually do. So then, you're able to bring more revenue, which enables you to take care of your employees and your wife. Take her on all those fancy vacations she wants to go on, right? So, and let's look at your listing here. So, up by the South Beloit border, that's where you're doing the best and Beloit, no South Beloit, as well.

I'm guessing you're going to get some calls from your Google My Business Listing here because, you know? Forgive me that! Let's dive into this here, alright? So that's how this is fitting up here, right? So that this is where you're doing the best. This is where you're going to get some calls up by not quite up to Newark.

But if you go up on Highway 81, you're going to get some calls from out here in the rural area. And then, you're by Porters, you're going to get some calls because you're on listing number two there. South Beloit, you start to lose it because you're 8 and 9. But honestly, the 8 and 8 and 9 and single-digits that are just above free are pretty easy to turn if you add some things to your Google My Business Listing.

Like for instance, you can Geotag your images. This is a tool called Geoimgr, you go to geoimgr.com. This is about $10 a month to run this one but what you can do is add in a picture. So, you'll just click here and you'll upload a picture, right? And then, once you uploaded the picture, you choose the location.

You can choose what you choose the location. Notice how the longitude and latitude is going to change by when I move the indicator around. So then, you're able to write, yeah, the EXIF Tags on there enabled. So then, what you do is once you write them on here, let's get over here. So, let's put your name in here!

Then, the hat instead, right? So, let's put "Concrete Company Rockford" right there. So then, you're able to grab additional market share that way. Because then, once you write this tag, download the image. Then, you can upload that into your Google My Business Listing and that location tag Google, Google's little robots.

That Google's callers go in and scan that, right? So then, they're done, then they, then that basically tells Google say "Hey! This guy's actually in this area! We should give him some more attention!" So that's basically leaving a sticky note for Google in that area, which is more on that later, though.

So that's how your company shows up in this area. So, I'm not sure how far your area is but this is the you're one of the Google Map Listings that came up when I searched for Rockford. So, I wanted to make sure you knew about this, right? So, let's look at another listing just, so you have some comparison here.

You're also able to search for different listings on that. When you click on the blue button below, you'll see that we can you'll open up a page similar to this. And then, you'll be able to search for any concrete company that you want, right? So, let's look at another one, though, we've got Concrete Center Line, our Center Line Concrete.

They're taking up significant market share over Rockford. They're positioned well for a call. They go for many different customer calls. So, because they have so much green going on, again, red is not so good. We got green. Yellow is okay but you're probably not going to get the call because you're not right in front of their face, you know?

People take the path of least resistance, you know? They're going to do the Amazon Analysis 1, 2, 3 see "Okay! Who's going on?" Well, that's what going to happen, alright? Because 60 to 70% of traffic, remember, is going to come over here and stop here and say "Okay! They're going to look at no reviews, pre-reviews, no reviews.

They're going to go with premiere for the most part because we want to have our services vetted out. But in order to even have a chance to grab these like these guys, I have a chance of getting a few, few calls coming through but they're not. As well as, positioned as people who have their reputation management system set up.

They're getting reviews from well-pleased customers. So that's how that all fits together. So there, as you can see there, the Center Line Concrete is doing significantly is significantly better positioned than you are currently for the Rockford area. Again, I don't know if your primary service area is Beloit.

But honestly, there's still some room for improvement there if we go back to. So then, also, you can search for your business in here if you want that way from there pops up pretty quick. So that's how this all fits together. But let's dive into, specifically, how, what, how my company can help yours and we'll go from there. Thanks!
