Say, I wanted to send you this video to make sure that you are getting the maximum attention from your Google My Business Listing as possible. So in this video, I'm going to show you three different things:

First of all, how you normally show up in your Google My Business Listing. You're going to be familiar with this one, but I want to point out a few statistics.

Secondly, I want to show you how your company's listing shows up around town. I'm going to use a special Heat Map tool for this.

Thirdly, I want to show you where you could be and I will in doing. So, I'll introduce the purpose of Steady Calls, alright?

So, let's dive in! Let's dive into the first part how your Google My Business Listing normally shows up and how it works, okay?

People searching for concrete services will search concrete services near whatever location. In this case, you're in Rockford so that's what we're doing, right? Inside here, this is what's going to go down. Majority of people we're going to scroll down here and they're going to stop here. Sometimes, you're going to have some ads up here.

And in light of that, you're going to lose about 5 to 15% of people coming down, but 60 to 70% of people will stop at the Google My Business Listings. Then, the last few will go down here, but the majority come here. In order to find all the Google My Business Listings, you got to click on "View All" but really hardly anyone does that.

Statistically speaking, it's most important to be in these first three listings, right? So that's how you normally show up here. So, let's go into part two where I show you show up around town. To do that, I want to introduce a Heat Map tool, alright? Here's a Heat Map tool, right? So this is what a friend of mine just finished this recently, was recently released.

He's been working on it for two years. It's a Google approved service, so it's what it does is it pulls Google My Business Listing data as if the person was searching from that certain area. In this case, say, somebody was searching for concrete services near them and they fought and they were searching it from Sherland or Harrison area.

Now, in this an Early Concrete Co Incorporated case, they would show up as eighth, or sixth, or possibly, third, if they're on the South side of Harrison. So that shows based on the location where somebody's searching from makes it different, makes a huge difference. For instance, perhaps, Early the owner of Early Concrete decides to come down here and he searched any.

I have to be working on a job down here just South of 75 and he searches, right? Well, I want to write my Google My Business comes up and so he searches for it and he comes up number one. Hey, we're doing pretty good around here, you know? But, say, he has the office location is up here by the intersection of Highway 2, right?

Then, near Rockton, say, you don't say he searches for his business over here. Well, he comes up with no, he doesn't show up because he's going to keep confronted with this type of deal, right? He's 1, 2, and 3, and then he's gonna be number nine, which you click on the "View All" and then go to the next page.

But nobody really ever does that. He's not gonna be appearing there, right? So that's what's going on. That's what a Heat Map tool does. In this next section, I want to show you how you specifically show up in Rockford, Illinois, alright? Premiere Concrete Construction, let's see how you appear in the Rockford area.

I've explained the listing of the Heat Map tool in the previous video and here's the previous section. So, here's how you're coming up in this around the town of Rockford. So, the simple we put the scale of this tool is that of a stoplight. Green means you get to continue where you want to go. You're getting it a lot more of the calls because you're a 1 through a 3.

Yellow means you're probably going to be slowed down. You're not going to get very many calls. Now, red means you're not going. You're pretty you're going to have a delay. The reason why I say that similar to a stop stoplight here is because in business we want to be able to get more and more customers because that those are the fuel of our business, right?

As we go if we look down here down on the Southeast side of Rockford, you're going to pick up a lot of calls from that area. But as you go West, you're going to lose out on a lot of calls because you're positioned below the third listing. So, as we've covered earlier, you've got three listings that pick up 60 to 70 of the traffic.

A very small minute portion might go view go the view all but the majority are going to do what I call an Amazon Analysis. What that means is that they're going to go look at "Okay! Number one, we got no reviews and number three, we got no reviews. But these guys, they got three, five-stars. So, we're going to give them a call and give them first shot at our business!" right?

So that's how this is. That how that works. So, this is how you're positioned around town. I, my bet is you're not getting much business at all from Beloit or South Beloit. You're getting it and you get more and more business as you go South. If you want to go and take up more, more market share up by Loves Park, or Machesney Park, or Rock Cut Park, or for that matter, take over more market share and down in the more urban area of Rockford.

Then, you could that would be that presents a significant opportunity for you to say the least. So, but just for comparison, let's look at one other listing here so, you know? When you're doing your own analysis below, you'll see that. So, if we looked at here, we have Center Line Concrete. Now, notice differently than you.

They're positioned a lot better over the what would be the urban area of Rock for the down more of the downtown area. Because they have a lot of green in that area, so they're positioned to receive a lot more of the calls for comparison. Here, you've got a lot more yellow in that area versus a little bit of green.

But a lot of yellow versus over here in a lot more of the denser populated areas, that has a lot more need for concrete pouring. This is where a lot of the business is so similar to you, though, they're up by Beloit and South Beloit. The Wisconsin border, they're not doing so well. They don't really receive any calls from that area versus but they do receive a lot from the Harrison area, as well as, the Wimpleton area.

Because no matter where somebody would search in that area, even by the Walmart, they're going to get. They have a lot of a significant chance of picking up the call versus somebody who's below the third listing. So that's how this works, so with all that said. Now that you've seen both where your company stands.

As well as, somebody else's how do you get from point from to take over more market share? Well, that's where what we'll cover next, alright? Now, you've seen where you stand against the dominant competition in Rockford and so now, it's time to figure out, okay? Well, what does it take to become the Rockford Concrete King?
