I wanted to send you this video to make sure you're getting the maximum attention from Google as possible. In this video, I'll show you a few different things:

First, the view of your Google My Business Listing as normal.

Second, the view of your Google My Business Listing, as it is across the city. It's different on the North side of Clarksville than it is on the South side.

Finally, I want to show you the difference between where you are and where you can be by showing, comparing your city Google My Business Listing from the top competitor, the top concrete company in Clarksville at this moment.

Let's dive in, alright?

In this first part, I want to show you around the Google My Business Listing. This is how if you search for "Concrete Services Near Me." I'm using Sioux Falls just as an example, but this is how things come up.

Sometimes, you'll have an ad here that's gonna take 5 to 15% of the traffic right. And then, you might have another ad here, same thing, it's going to build into that percentage. Then, your 60 to 70% of the traffic's going to pick one of these Google My Business Listing.

All three combined make about 60 to 70%, then the rest of it is going to go down here to the organic listings. One thing that's key to remember here is people love to scroll rather than click. So, people of small might knew slice of. People will go down here to click on all of them to see all the concrete companies now throughout this video.

What I do is I refer to this part. These three listings as being above the fold and every listing that you have to can only see by clicking the "View" button as below the fold, right? That's how this works! So that I just wanted to break down the traffic for you in this video. Again, 5 to 15% will to go to the ads. Then, 60 to 70% will go to the business listings and the rest will go to the organic results with a small smidgen of going to this.

Clicking on the "View All" to see all the concrete companies. The ones that do stick around on this page will more than likely find the ones that will do like an Amazon, what I call an Amazon Analysis here. First of all, you have 2.8 stars here, then you have 3.0 or 300 3 stars and then, you have 5 stars they're going to look at.

Oh well, this one's got 2.8. It's not as good as the 3.0 and the 3.0 is not as good as the 5.0. We're going to click the 5.0. That's what the majority of people are going to go for that's the importance of having high-quality reviews on your Google My Business Listing. But first, you have to get up to this third, these three in order to make that a reality, okay?

Let's dive into part two where I'll show you how your concrete company appears around the city, alright? So, in this video, I'll show you show you how your business listing shows up around the town of Clarksville. So, the way this works is this is a Heat Map, right? So, this is pulling in information directly from Google My Businesses Listings and it's showing up based on we're searching the most common concrete term that people look for is "Concrete Companies Near Me."

Now, what this mean or what you can basically think of this is like a stoplight is red is bad. Yellow is and green is green is hell. Yeah, basically, that's what it comes down to is green come. Green is the best. Yellow is okay and red is horrible. So, what this translates to? Business-wise is that you get. The more green you have is the more call.

That symbolizes how many calls you have you're having the opportunity to get. So, 1 through 3 is green and 4 and above is yellow. And then, up to about 10, and then 10 turns red. So that's where the red comes in. But as you can see, you're showing up well for the South. Basically, for the South side of town, as well as, some of the Northwest side of town as well.

The struggle is up in the North, up in the Northeast side of town but let's show you exactly what this location system means. So, say you're searching by Woodlawn, you're gonna show up because you're number two. What that mean? What number two means though? Is that you're gonna show up here as the second Google My Business Listing.

As mentioned earlier, like 5 to 15% of the traffic is going to go to the ads, then 60 to 70% is going to go here. And so, when people get here, what they do is what I call the Amazon Analysis. Basically, when people get on Amazon and they look at products, they go right to the reviews, right? So, these three are showing up.

So then, people are going to look at the reviews. So, this guy's got 2.8, this guy's got 3.0, this one's going to get 5, this one the 5.0 here. People are gonna like "I'm gonna give the five star shot, and then they call them. That's how this works. So, how that works there is pull up here this section. So, overall, that's what your business looks like across town.

Overall, pretty good, alright? Let's move into, let's go again! At the beginning of this video, I showed you how I showed. I told you that I'd go through your Google My Business as it appears. Then, I'd go through your Google My Business as it comes across town. And now, I'm going to show you where you could be down the road.

So, let's dive in, alright?

I've gone through your Google My Business Listing as it normally appears and gone through your listing as it appears across town. Now, we're going to compare your listing to the best listing in town: Hazletts Concrete. So, what this means is that they're dominating this side of the town. They're taking a good chunk of the traffic from this side and they're taking a lot of traffic from this side as well.

Their struggle is more on the South, Southeast side of town, where they've got. They're not really coming up very much at all except for down by on this very South side of Cumberland Heights. I mean, basically, Midway between the two is where things really start to go South for them. So, but that's how this list.

That's how this map tool works is you're able to get a bird's eye view of everything. And then, the real thing is how do you move your-. As you can see, you can move your listing around from here to there like we'll pull up yours again here. This is how things come up. This is how you guys come up here.

On the Southwest side, you guys are pulling up better than they are. But the question is how do you move from the 5th place to the 3rd place, and then to the 1st place?
