I wanted to send you this video to make sure you're getting the maximum attention from your Google My Business Listing as possible. In this video, I'll show you three quick things:

First of all, the view of your Google My Business Listing as you normally see it and I want to add, show you some stats there.

And then, secondly, the view of your company across town and I also want to show you one technique that will help you be where you could be, okay? I would get your Google My Business where it could be so, alright?

Let's get started!

We're going to start by going off here. You're going to suit most people looking for concrete services use "Concrete Services Near" and it'll be "Me," right? I'm located in Northwest Iowa, so to pull up Sioux Falls, I got to do, I have to search "Sioux Falls, South Dakota," you know? So, it pulls up.

You're going to see a map similar to this. Sometimes, you're going to have an ad up here. Sometimes, you're going to have an ad down here. That ad is going to pull anywhere between 5 to 15% of the people looking for concrete service. Looking to spend money on their patios, driveways, foundations, those kinds of things.

But they're then 60 to 70% of the traffic, statistically is going to come down here and look at doing Amazon Analysis, basically, okay? This guy's got 2.8 reviews, 2.8 stars on his listing. He's got four of them on average of four of you out of the average there. Then, he's got, then this guy Northwest Concrete Cutting and Crane Service has 5, as a bunch of 5-star reviews.

Between these two companies, who would you go with? I mean from a viewer's standpoint, you know? Obviously, you're going to go with this guy here. I mean the debate is really and for this in this instance between Crump Concrete Construction LLC and Northwest Concrete Cutting and Crane Service because they've got 15 reviews and 4.5 stars.

And these guys got 6 reviews and 5 stars. I mean they're so that's really the closer debate. We got 5, 15% going to this ad, maybe a little more with the reviews there. And then, we've got 60 to 70% going to this part of the listing, the more trusted section because you can't just buy your positioning there, right?

And then, you've got then the rest of the traffic. The difference goes down here and checks out the organic results. So that's how that's the breakdown, that's the statistics here. Then, I want to show you my tool that enables me to see how your business listing comes up around town.

There's an assumption that your listing comes up the same way around town and it's not true, okay? So, let's look at Siouxland K & K, for instance. Around here, you can see that they come up pretty done well in the Southwest Corner or Southeast corner of Sioux Falls and out into Northwest Iowa, you know?

Just out on the South Dakota border, right? Canton Granite all that stuff. But out by Brandon, they start to lose it and then start by Linux, they start to lose it. But then, as you get into Sioux Falls Proper, they really don't do all that well. Because as we know, green does means you're getting, you have a high chance of getting the call.

But yellow means you're close to getting the call, but you're still not on, you're still below this into the "View All" section. But then, red and orange means, you've got a lot more work to do before you can actually show up and be visible to people looking for concrete services. So that's how this works specifically.

Now let's dive into your specific map listing and go from there, alright? Siouxland K & K Concrete, let's get go! Let's get into it! So, this is your specific Google My Business Listing. So, as you can see, you're doing well down by here by Canton and Inwood. You're showing up there as a number one positioning.

I'm not sure if you're taking a lot of jobs out here in the North, Northwest Iowa, Southwest, or Southeast side of Sioux Falls but you're showing up very well out there. Then, if you go up to Harrisburg, you're still showing up well here because your listings are your units here are all green, alright? But then, as you go up to the North side, so you're, all in all, you're doing very well on this triangle here, right?

But then, as you go North into Sioux Falls Proper where a lot of people live and are wanting concrete services, you're missing out on a lot of calls coming up here. And honestly, the yellow isn't hard that hard to turn green. I'll show you that in a minute. But then, as you go up here, you've got different ones, and on the North side of Sioux Falls that are pretty easy to turn.

So, alright, let me show you how you were to do that. So, let's pick one, okay? Let's go to here, maybe you're on the corner of- let's see, let's go down to Tea, right? So, inside here, since you got 15 with a 5 and a 3, so I'm a 5 and a 2. So, let's look at Tea, alright? So, I've already got this one all teed up. Looking down at Tea, so this is how it works upon intended there.

By the way, but, so inside this tool, this tool is called Geoimgr (G-E-O-I-M-G-R), right? So then, you're gonna search for that in Google. This is a free tool you can use. It got a paid version, so you can do bulk. That's what my company does but, you know? All you need for this exercise to make it for this optimization is to make is the free version.

You're gonna click on you're going to go down here. You can click on different ones. So, if you want to rank in Harrisburg, you click on that and then you're going to notice the latitude and longitude changes. So, but we're going to go for Tea, right? So there, we are now we're going Tea. This is the latitude and longitude for Tea.

Then, we're going to go down and make sure our existing tags and our new Geotags are all set up the correct way. So, what this? What your new Geotags should match or the vice version? I mean existing Geotags need to match the new ones because that's the ones you're doing. So, you're going to click "Write," so we click write and now they match 4344, 4344.

Now, we're going to go to document name, right? So, once we're on document name, this is where, you know? If this is where you better, put "Concrete" in there or else, you know? I'll come after never not, not really but you know you know what I mean. If you put "Concrete" in there, it's really help you out, you know?

Because let me tell you why, okay? So, you're gonna- then after you add your freshly poured concrete job in there, you're gonna put in patio, or foundation, or whatever you did. And then, you can add a link to your website or a link to your Google My Business if you can find it, you know? Because Google kind of hid that of late.

It's not that easy to find but then you're gonna click "Download" and you're going to upload this photo to your Google My Business. So, first, you're going to upload a photo. You're going to tag it and then you're going to write the tags. And then, you're going to download it and throw it up in your Google My Business Pro Business Listing.

I always want to say profile but that's how then you're good then you can. Your picture, your tagged picture is up there, right? So then, Google comes along the robots come out, they scan, their first scan the launch student latitude. So, like "Okay! Wait a minute! Wait a minute! Something happened out in Tea, okay? What happened?"

Then, they're going to come down here to your document name and be like "Oh! Somebody poured some fresh concrete down there!" And then, they'll be like "Okay! Well, now, we want to know who did it!" Well, we are in these guys listing here. We are in Siouxland K & K Listing, so you know? We think they did it.

So then, since you're tagged for this location and Google knows that you did work out here, you'll begin to come up more and more when search, when people search for concrete services out of Tea, see? That's how it works. So, now, let me tell you a little bit more about Steady Calls because, as you know?

This Geotag option is just one of a lot of different ways to optimize your Google My Business Listing. Some are more powerful, some are less. This is about 1 of the media medium options here. Most people don't do this, so that's why it's so powerful right now. So that's how this works, right? So, keep getting my listing tabs mixed-up!

But yeah, so let's dive into what Steady Calls does specifically, alright? Now, you've seen these three different things and you've seen just seen how you show up in normal Google My Business Listing around town. As well as, you know how you could also improve your listing if you chose to using the Geotag technique.

Now, I just want to tell you a little bit about how my companies, my company's Steady Calls helps companies in Sioux Falls.
