Say, I wanted to make this video for you to make sure you're getting the maximum attention from your Google My Business Listing as possible. So, in this video, I'll show you three different things:

First of all, I want to show you how basically, how you normally see your Google My Business Listing and I want to point out some statistics there.

Secondly, I want to show you how your company shows up around town using a Heat Map tool. So, this is the Heat Map tool here, right?

And then finally, what I want to show you is basically your specific listing and the one means and how you one technique on how you can start pulling showing up more in the different areas around town using a tool called Geoimgr, okay?

So this is that's how it all will play out here, alright? So, let's dive in.

First of all, we're going to talk about your Google My Business Listing, so we're going to talk get out of Sioux Falls here and we're going to go to Springfield Missouri, right? Search instead for "Springfield Missouri," so this is how your normal listings come up here, right? So, first of all, you have no, if you're gonna have an ad, you're gonna have it right up here or right up above your first listing there.

That's those are gonna take 5 to 15% of the traffic, statistically speaking. Once that's done there, the next section is the Google My Business Listing section, you're normally gonna see these. So, 60 to 70% of the traffic looking for "Concrete Services Near Springfield Missouri" will come to this area and stop and find their business via what I call an Amazon Analysis.

So they're going to look at, okay, Liming Concrete's got 4.7 stars and they have 45 reviews. SMCS Springfield Concrete Services has 5 stars and they got well they only have 1 review with that. Selby's Concrete is a middle runner, they've got 5 stars and 6 reviews that are 5 stars. So that's the, so basically what's going to be between these two companies.

I would imagine because or sorry Selby's and Liming because they have a lot of reviews not quite as high, but they have a lot of reviews there. And Selby's has all five-star reviews, but not as many. So, I would imagine the call is going to be between those two. But first of all, you have to get your listing to come up in these first three positions in order for you to even play the Amazon Analysis game with your customers or potential customers.

So, how do you begin to get your listing in there? First of all, you got to know where it is. So, what we do is we start our due diligence on every single one of these Google My Business Listings. We're using this Heat Map tool. Now, what this Heat Map tool does is it tells me how your business comes up around Springfield Missouri.

As you can see over by Turners, Selby's Concrete dominates that area with position number one. Now, but as you go North and as you go West, you have Selby's starts to lose it well as you go as you get closer to Willard and up by the airport, alright? So that's where this is the power of the Heat Map is.

It tells you that you don't appear the same ways around town. So that's how the Heat Map works, alright? So, in this next section, I want to dive into a specific listing and give you more specific details on how you would begin to change it alright? SMCS S

As you can see here in the Northwest corner is the as the best your listing is doing currently. Now, we want to look at the best here. We've got a 4 here. Now, what 4 means on this map is that your listing is you've got listing number 1, listing number 2, listing number 3. And then, if you were to come down here a little bit and then you imagine that it continues down the page listing number 4 is right here, so your this thing is literally one space away from showing up.

How do we begin to turn these 4's and then turn these 5, 6's, 8's, and 9's to 2's, 3's, and 1's, right? So, in this video, I'm going to show you one simple technique that my company employs as among a myriad of others. Because just like when you are pouring concrete, you are and finishing it.

Specifically, you're using all sorts of tools floats, trowels, control joiners, brooms, darby's for when you're doing curbs all those things. Just like that, we have a lot of different tools that we employ for optimizing Google My Business Listings. So, one of those tools is Geoimgr, which is G-E-O-I-M-G-R, right?

Inside this tool, you're able to tag the photos. Your photos in your Google My Business Listing with a latitude and longitude with a specific location in Springfield that you want your business listing to show up in now because we can tell where those are by looking at this listing here. We're going to want to move from the low hanging fruit and push those up first.

So, it's a lot easier to make a 5 into a 3 than it is to make a 18 into a 3. So, we're going to go up by Willard here first and we're going to take this highway out here where actually. I think we're going to go right by the Airport right here because we got 4's there. So just on the North side of the Airport coming down Highways 160. 

We're going to go to scope in over there, and so then, what-. First of all, to use this tool, you're going to upload an image. I've already done so for time's sake. Then, we're going to go up by the Airport by Willard, Evenezer. Set to zoom in a minute to find my airport symbol, the Airport wasn't popping up.

But then, you're gonna go to here Highway 160, just North of the Airport. So then, we're in the same place as the other ones. We got 4 just solid 160, just North of the Airport and that's where our Geotag is. So, this is the exact latitude, longitude of that location that's significant, I'll let you know. Also, tell you exactly why in a minute.

Inside you here, we're going to click "Write EXIF Tags" and we're going to get notified that our photo has been tagged. Then, we're going to name our photo the most profitable service. I just threw this in here for example, right? You want to name this your most profitable service and then add a link to your website.

By the way, if you don't have a website yet or if your website is not mobile-friendly as of March 2021, Google is not going to be indexing non-mobile-friendly websites. So, if your website, if you need a new one, we're offering a $500 website deal with a $50 recurring monthly fee that hook covers hosting and any maintenance that needs to be done if you sign up for Google My Business Listing service as well.

We want to do the whole package kind of an all or nothing type deal, you know? What I'm saying? You don't want to have to do half a concrete job, right? You don't want to just have to pour the concrete. You want to be able to have it poured and do all the finishing. It's like it's going to be more like it'd be more akin probably to doing, to finish, to being able to smooth, to flatten out the concrete with a screed but not being able to stamp it.

Even though that's what the customer wants, it's having another company do comment and stamp it. It's just weird but anyway, so let's continue this line of thought here. So you've got your document name image description, put your website in there, download this image, upload it to your Google My Business Listing.

And then, what you're going to do is wait for Google, it doesn't take very long. They scan those Google My Business Listings like hawks man. They're coming down "Oh, hey! We got a new one! We got a new one! What is it?" The robots are going to come and scan the latitude, longitude "So, something happened! SMCS Springfield has something that did something just North of the Airport! What did they do?"

"Well, they did this!" They- your most profitable job. "They poured a concrete parking lot out there, right?" So, that's how that works. So that's kind of the cycle of thought that Google does when they go through when we upload a map or a tagged photo to your map listing. So, now, let's dive into the overall strategy that Steady Calls takes when approaching Google My Business Listings optimization, so alright?

Now you've seen the technique the easy technique of tagging your images and uploading them to your Google My Business Listing via Google via Geoimgr. So, let me dive in a minute to how Steady Calls helps companies optimize their listing, the bigger 10 000 foot view.

How we do this is we service your Google My Business Listing so that Google comes to know you as the concrete King of Springfield Missouri. So then, we'll do, what we'll go through is paste sticky nodes in each one of those areas and over time not give it 3 to 6 months.
