Say, I just wanted to send you this quick video to make sure that you're getting the maximum attention from your Google My Business Listing as possible. So, in this video, I'll show you a few different things:

First of all, how you show up in the normally in your Google My Business Listings just wanted to show some statistics there.

And then, secondly, I wanted to show you how you show up around town. If you're at a job on the North side of town and you search for "Concrete Companies Near Me," you show up differently. Then, if you're on the South side doing a job or at your place of business and you do and you're on your search for "Concrete Companies Near Me," that's the most common search term anyway for concrete companies.

And then, finally, I'll show you basically the difference of where you are to where you could be by comparing you to one of the most optimized concrete listings in Broken Arrow.

So, let's get going!

Let's search for here and the most common search term for when people are looking for concrete companies is "Concrete Companies Near Me." I had Broken Arrow because I'm up in Iowa, you know? So, to get the local listings, that's what I do so. Sometimes, you'll have an ad up here or up at the very top here, those will take anywhere between 5 to 15% of the total traffic coming to this page.

And when I say traffic, it's not just random people looking for who knows what on the web. The traffic here would be people who are looking to get a bid on either their foundation, their retaining wall, or their driveway, or maybe their patio in the back. So that's the traffic that's coming through the way.

It's people looking to spend money and then they're trying to go through the next phase of evaluating which company they should spend their money with, right? So, inside here, that's where now this takes anywhere between 60 to 70% of the traffic. We got 15 for the ads and now these take 60 to 70.

Now, the remaining 15% goes down to the organic listings, right? So then, and then, a tiny selection actually click on to seeing another seeing the second page if you will off for looking at a concrete company. So, let's see if we can find your company here. Summit Concrete got excellent reviews. Nice job! There 74, nice work!

Now so, it would only take a little bit more since you've already taken care of a lot of the reviews here to push you guys up to showing up a lot more around town which is our next phase here. So, this is what's called a Heat Map. This was developed by one of my friends. He's spent two years developing this service and it's how it pulls in location-specific information from Google directly, right?

It's a Google trusted service because I can go in and look up any other service around town here. Like, if you look at Affordable Concrete Solutions, they're different than Summit is. So, I can pull up different ones there so this pulls in location-specific information. Now, what I mean by location-specific is these are all different ones from our as if somebody was searching from Neodesha.

I think it's called if somebody was searching from there, your listing would come up as result number 5 or 5, 6 depending if they're on the North side or South side of Neodesha. Now, if you go versus if you were to go up over to-, let's see! Let's figure out where this is at here. If we were to go over to Catoosa, you'd show up as either 6 or 12, depending if you're on if you're in the Northwest side or not.

If you're on the if you're on any others, you're gonna show up as result 6 but really it doesn't matter whether you're 6 or 12. What matters is if your number 3, or if your numbers 1 through 3, or anything above it. Why? Because if you're above the fold on here, if you're above the button of "View All," you're going to get 60 to 70 of the traffic.

If you're below here, you get a tiny selection. It's easier for people to scroll than it is for them to tap or click and more people are going to phones as, you know? So, it's just like that's how this works. So, if you're below the fold here, you're not going to get very many calls from your Google My Business, right? So that's how this all functions.

Overall, that's how this map works. Now, I've attached a copy of this sheet here. It's not static so you can actually go look at different companies around. So, like if you looked at Contech LLC, looks like there you can tell that they well. Their listing is a lot less optimized than yours is, I mean. So, you can go around and check out the competition if you want.

This map's going to be good for the next 15 to 30 days. So, sometime in there, it won't be available anymore. So, check it out soon if you're going to check it out but that's how this all fits together. Now, the final section in here I want to go over this is what things could look like in the future. So, we looked at over here.

Let me go to here to Summit. This is what things look like currently for you but this is where things could be like. Now, you could say "Kyle, what's the significance of this?" Well, very because since you can see that 80% of this. One's less the this 80% of the locations, Broken Arrow Concrete Contractors are coming up for in green a.k.a. 1 through listing 1 through 3.

That means they're getting the opportunity to be called a lot more than you're able to get right now. Right now, you're almost there. You're a 6 and many cases of 5, and then you know? You're almost there probably because you've done so much work on trying to get the little. Get your getting all these high-quality reviews, right?

74 of them. So that's how this works inside here. Now, what the green means is basically you can think of this map like a stoplight. Is the red's bad? The red's bad. We all hate that because you got to stop. You got to wait 5 to 10 minutes for the light to do its thing and then you can finally get on your way, you know?

Versus and yellow, you kind of get away with things and sometimes but more often than not you're going to stop. Now, and then, green is where you can just keep going and going and going it's where. That's where your business would thrive so because the way it connects is business-wise. The more calls you get, the more opportunities to bid jobs you get.

The more jobs you bid, the more work you get. The more jobs that you actually close, on the more jobs that you actually use. Say, Mr/Mrs. Homeowner, Mr/Mrs. Business "Hey! And you say you turn out to be the best price, do you turn out to be the best quality work the fitting work that they want?" And then, you're able to get more jobs.

The more jobs you get, the better you're able to take care of your family and your employees. So, all things considered. The more green that you have here, the more the better you're able to take care of your family, and your employees. So that's the significance of it here. That's how it comes down to it.
