Say, I wanted to make this video for you to make sure you're getting the maximum attention from your Google My Business Listing as possible. So, in this video, I'll show you three different things:
First of all, I want to show you how basically, how you normally see your Google My Business Listing and I want to point out some statistics there.
Secondly, I want to show you how your company shows up around town using a Heat Map tool. So, this is the Heat Map tool here, right?
And then finally, what I want to show you is basically your specific listing and the one means and how you one technique on how you can start pulling showing up more in the different areas around town using a tool called Geoimgr, okay?
So this is that's how it all will play out here, alright? So, let's dive in.
First of all, we're going to talk about your Google My Business Listing, so we're going to talk get out of Sioux Falls here and we're going to go to Springfield Missouri, right? Search instead for "Springfield Missouri," so this is how your normal listings come up here, right? So, first of all, you have no, if you're gonna have an ad, you're gonna have it right up here or right up above your first listing there.
That's those are gonna take 5 to 15% of the traffic, statistically speaking. Once the that's done there, the next section is the Google My Business Listing section, you're normally gonna see these. So, 60 to 70% of the traffic looking for "Concrete Services Near Springfield Missouri" will come to this area and stop and find their business via what I call an Amazon Analysis.
So they're going to look at, okay, Liming Concrete's got 4.7 stars and they have 45 reviews. SMCS Springfield Concrete Services has 5 stars and they got well they only have 1 review with that. Selby's Concrete is a middle runner, they've got 5 stars and 6 reviews that are 5 stars. So that's the, so basically what's going to be between these two companies.
I would imagine because or sorry Selby's and Liming because they have a lot of reviews not quite as high, but they have a lot of reviews there. And Selby's has all 5 star reviews, but not as many. So, I would imagine the call is going to be between those two. But first of all, you have to get your listing to come up in these first three positions in order for you to even play the Amazon Analysis game with your customers or potential customers.
So, how do you begin to get your listing in there? First of all, you got to know where it is. So, what we do is we start our due diligence on every single one of these Google My Business Listings. We're using this Heat Map tool. Now, what this Heat Map tool does is it tells me how your business comes up around Springfield Missouri.
As you can see over by Turners, Selby's Concrete dominates that area with position number one. Now, but as you go North and as you go West, you have Selby's starts to lose it well as you go as you get closer to Willard and up by the airport, alright? So that's where this is the power of the Heat Map is.
It tells you that you don't appear the same ways around town. So that's how the Heat Map works, alright? So, in this next section, I want to dive into a specific listing and give you more specific details on how you would begin to change it, alright? The Concrete Lifter LLC, this is Kyle with Steady Calls bringing you your specific listing in this area of Springfield Missouri.
This is what your listing looks like currently. Now, what this- what five means here that's your strongest location right now is that it means at least because you've got listing 1, listing 2, listing 3, listing 4 if you would imagine that continues listing 4, listing 5, and so forth. So, you're very close with that one to coming up for "Concrete Services Near Springfield."
How do you begin to push that listing up here listing up so that it starts to appear more and more and you're able to get more calls, more customers from that specific listing? Well there's a number of different techniques as with lifting concrete. You're there's the concrete injection method for lifting it up.
There's pulling it out completely and shelving more dirt underneath there's. I mean there's a lot of different techniques that you're going to use to lift concrete, right? Just like that, there's a lot of different techniques to use for optimizing Google My Business Listings. I mean you can add what we're going to show you in a moment: Geotagging the photo.
You can add more pages to your website, more, more posts to Google My Business Listing and those are just a few. So, how would you go about doing optimizing an image for your Google My Business Listing? Well, first of all, what I recommend is you don't just do one. I would recommend you do 81 right here and it sounds like a lot.
But I'm sure you got a lot of photos that you've taken of jobs that you've done like the before and after the sunken concrete and then after you've fixed it, right? So then, you would- what you're going to do is one for each of these areas that you want to begin to expand your- that you want to take over the market that you want to expand your business into.
So, first of all, you're going to upload an image, right? So then, I've already got one there just for a time sake and then we're going to go find a specific location on the map that's low hanging fruit for you. So then, you begin to get the maximum benefit the fastest. So, we're going to go to here. So, just below the "S" in Springfield.
Looks like we're going to be there. So, we're going to go here and just under the "S," right? So, now, we have that specific icon there. What that gives us is the exact latitude and longitude of that location and that latitude and longitude will be marked in the image once we press, let write EXIF tags.
So then, we get the confirmation that has been tagged then we're going to name this. Now, what I suggest is naming this your most profitable service. For many concrete finishers, this is one of the more profitable services for yours. It's going to be different since you're a specialty service. You're a Concrete Lifter.
So that's what you're going to name your most profitable service accordingly now. Then, you, what I've just hear in the image description, put a link to your website. If you don't have a website or that website's not mobile-friendly, maybe it's older. What we're doing is I'll be giving if you sign up for our Google one business optimization service.
You'll also get- you can get a website additionally for $500 and $50 per month after that because there's a month. There's maintenance that needs to be done. Different plugins that need to be updated on your website every, so often. So then, you're going to now download the image that has the link to your website and the name that's your mind your most profitable service.
And then, you're gonna upload that image to your Google My Business Listing. Now, what Google's gonna do is jump on that image because they watch this Google My Business Listings like hawks. They're gonna say "Okay! Something The Concrete Lifter LLC did something out here in Springfield, specifically in this location."
What did they do? They're going to scan this and you what's going to be there is your most profitable service. So then, when somebody's searching for instance Concrete Lifter near Springfield, you're gonna come up more and more in that area. Before that service throughout the Springfield area provided that, you do it 81 different times because you've got 9 by 9 grid, two and a half miles apart in each bubble.
So that's just one technique among many that Steady Calls employs when optimizing Google My Business Listings. So, let's dive into the overall strategy that Steady Calls takes. It's actually pretty simple when it comes to optimizing listings, alright? Now, you've seen the technique though the easy technique of tagging your images and uploading them to your Google My Business Listing via Google via Geoimgr.
