I wanted to send you this video to make sure you're getting the maximum attention from Google as possible. In this video, I'll show you few different things:

First, the view of your Google My Business Listing as normal.

Second, the view of how your company shows up on Google around town. As well as, how the top concrete company in Cedar Rapids is coming up to everyone else in town.

Let's get started!

For the first part of this video, I want to show you a few different things on your listing. If you were to search for the most popular phrase that people are look, who are looking to spend money on their concrete service, whether they need a foundation, whether they need a retaining wall, or something like that.

You'll notice that they'll search "Concrete Services Near Me." I had Cedar Rapids because I'm over in Northwest Iowa. You guys are in Central, so sometimes you're gonna have an ad up here. It depends on the season, but it's the seasons toning out right now as far as in Iowa goes.

Anyway, they're not running ads, but the ads here will garner anywhere between 5 to 15% of the traffic. Sometimes, you'll have another ad above the first listing here. Again, 5 to 15% of traffic lumps in with this one. You got 85% of the traffic's coming down the page, yet, 60 to 70% of the traffic.

The people are looking to spend money on concrete, we'll stop. We'll stop here because it's the most informational area. They get the phone number, they get the reporting on the rate on the rating of the company. As well as, they can go visit the website for more information or find their company location than the rest of the traffic will be most.

The vast majority of the rest of traffic will go down the page looking for the their company in the organic listings. A small selection maybe 3 to 5% will look down here. I will click on the "View All" section to go find a concrete company. So often, what I find is that a lot of the companies are buried down here and are hardly ever seen.

Which means that they're missing out on a lot of the traffic that comes down the page. So, more and more people are turning to Google to find the companies that they need, so it's important to be here. Now, that you've seen how your normal Google My Business Listing appears, and know the traffic.

How much traffic comes in each section? You've got 5, 15, 60, to 70%, and pretty much the difference down here. Let's dive into the next section, alright? Winters Concrete Construction, let's dive into part two here. Remember how I said? First, I was going to show you Google My Business Listing, which we just did and now we're diving into how your listing looks across town.

How it looks across the Cedar Rapids area? So that's how this is going down. Now, you might be wondering what am I looking at, Man. What even is this? So, let's dive into this, okay? This is what we call a Heat Map. Now, you can think of it like a stoplight, you know? Red, we all hate because we have to it delays us from where we want to go.

Yellow means you might be able to squeak by but you're probably in for a delay, you know? It's kind of it sucks either way. Because either one way, you're- we can buy a ticket. Otherwise, you're not but it's not like you might but you're just stuck. Anyway, now, green is where we want to be. Why? Because you're above the fold and what do I mean by fold here?

Fold is here, right? So, when somebody first searches for "Concrete Services Near Me," they're going to line up with this. They're going to end up with a map, probably an ad, and so forth, you know? We all went through the statistics earlier. But inside here, you've got one business, one business, two business, three now the average consumer.

The average person looking for a concrete service. They don't they might not know about you being the best. So, what we're saying here is they're going to look at "Okay! What this is? That name?" And then, we've got our rating. And then, we've got a name and a rating and we've got a name and a rating they're going to do.

What they only do on Amazon, right? Find the one with the best reviews and get that one. So then, they're going to go call that number, right? So, they're going to call it. Now, only in a few places are you are positioning yourself for those calls for the calls from people looking to spend their money on concrete, right?

So, they're only in a few different places. You've got 2's and 3's here. So, in this on the North, Northwest side a little bit. And on the pretty much dead center, you've got a few. But overall, you're positioned below the fold. You're not going to get a lot of the calls. The more green you get, the more in business.

It's similar to a stoplight. You would in business these analogies work out pretty well as well. It's because the more green you have, the more calls you're going to get. The yellow, you're not going to get the calls very often. Red, you're pretty much guaranteed you're not going to get the calls so, and you know?

When the more calls you get, the more opportunities to do estimates and bids out there you get. Versus, of course, if you don't get a call, you don't get an opportunity to do bids. If you get the opportunity to do a bid, then you have a solid chance of landing the job, right? Versus, if you don't have if you've never been a bid it.

If you never bid the job, you will never get the bid. You'll never get the job and you'll never be able to earn the revenue that you want to bring in that will really enable you to take care of your family and your employees and you truly innate and have a solid successful business. So that's what I- that's the bigger implication here of having.

Well, only a little bit of green, you're not going to be positioned to grab the calls. So, I told you that I wanted to show you where your business was and where your business could be at the very beginning. So, let's dive into what things could look like, alright? So here's more one of the more dominant players on the South side. So, if you look at, they've got all the green.

Pretty much on the entire half, almost on the entire half of the South side of Cedar Rapids. So, this is how to dominate that area so they're going to get a lot of calls from Norway, Walford, Fairfax, Atkins, Covington even up in Palo. That's where they're get. They're going to get a lot of the calls from they're putting their name in the hat for having a solid chance of getting the business.

That way they're putting their nail. They're actually appearing over here on the South side of town. So that would be what we could work to get you to. So that's what the dominating company looks like. That's where my company Steady Calls comes in. So then, it'll turn to notice how it's they're all different here. It's pulling information that was only taken less than a week ago or about a week ago from Google. So, we pulled well.
