I wanted to send you this video to make sure that you're getting the maximum attention from Google as possible. Specifically, your Google My Business Listing. In this video, I'll show you three different things:

First, the view of your Google My Business Listing as a as normal as you're used to seeing it.

Secondly,  want to show you the view of your company's listing as it shows up around Chattanooga. It doesn't show up on the North side of Chattanooga as it does on the South side, it's different.

Finally, I want to show you the difference of where you are to where you could be based by looking at the top the most optimized Google My Business Listing in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Let's dive in, alright?

Here's your normal Google My Business Listing if you search for the most common phrase that people looking to spend money on their concrete work. Search for it's "Concrete Services Near Me." Now, let's look at your specific location here. Let's go to Chattanooga, Tennessee here, right?

If we look at here, we have one concrete service showing up over here. We've got, we have the rest of the organic listings. Normally, 60 to 70% of traffic is going to go to this listing here. Because it's for one, it's the only listing that's appearing. But for two, it's the only one that's showing five star reviews over here.

As well, it's got an extra conversion factor there. Now, we don't have a lot of listings showing up here. This one's going to garner 60 to 70% of the traffic. And the rest of the traffic is going to go to these organic listings here, organic results here. 

So that's the basics of this here! I just wanted to show you how the statistics bear out. Now that you've seen what the Google My Business Listing looks like, let's go now! Let's get into how you, how these companies look around town, alright?

This is part two, let's dive in!

What the, where we just did was we just went over the your business listing as normal, right? And it looks either like this or just have the listing over here. What normally happens is you get 5 to 15% of the traffic goes over it, goes to the ads up here. Then you, we've got the rest of it go the rest of it the majority of the rest of it.

Anyway, it goes to 60, 60 to 70% of the traffic will go to these three listings here and then the rest will go down the organic side here. Now, what I refer to here as below the fold is not going to get much traffic at all. People like scrolling over clicking and to see the rest of the listings here.

Below the fold, you have to click and look up. Then, let's scroll down all the way to what you want versus people take the last path of least resistance, right? They're going to look at, oh! Well, this one's 2.8, this one's 3.0, and this one has none. We're going to probably give the 3.0 a shot first, right?

We're going to call them up and see if they can get our concrete work done, alright? But let's dive into what your specific business looks like all the way around the town of Chattanooga, Tennessee, right? Let's go to here, right? This is called a Heat Map, right? And it appears, it pulls in data directly from Google.

It's one of Google's trusted services, so this pulls in data that's location based. You've got 1 through 20 on here. We got also color-coded it. A friend of mine finishes just recently and it rolled out. But this is basically you want to elevate to green. You can think of this like a stoplight, right?

You're going to have, either, you're going to have red, yellow, and green. Green is the best! We all love green because we can just keep on going in the direction that we want in business that's to make money. Now, yellow means that you're probably going to have to stop. You might be able to squeak by, but yeah, you know?

Murphy's law, you're probably not going to probably, something going to go bad, it's going to go bad, right? So versus an orange and red that's pretty much the same guaranteed stop. You're gonna have to wait 5, 10 minutes to get on your way.

So the way this translates to business, specifically, the service industries is. As the more often as your green, the more calls that you're to get. Well, why? Is that because for this, you're appearing 1 to 3, 1, 2, and 3. You're appearing above the fold the path of least resistance, right?

People are going to look at those three and those three only and they're going to call the best looking one out of those three So, you got a 33 chance of getting that 60 to 70% traffic and traffic means of people looking to spend money on concrete. That's "Concrete Services Near Me," that's the one that's what they'll be searching.

If you looked at this here, you're showing up in the center here. A little bit on the North, Northwest side, but pretty much the outer circumference of Chattanooga. The outer area here, you're not going to get many calls, right? Now, so remember, the more green you have, the more calls that you're going to get, alright?

At the beginning of this video, I told you that I was going to show you where things were at not as you were around town. And, I was also going to show you where you could be. So, let's dive into that, alright? So, let's look at the dominant player in the mix here. In Chattanooga, I pulled what we call a Heat Map out of here.

I know how this, how the Heat Maps work. You've already seen how that all gets down. And now, let's dive into the specifics here. Why do we call these ones the dominant ones? Because they have the most green on the map. Now, I've already told you what green means.

So, we can make more and more green come around by reminding Google of what actual that who's really the top concrete construction company in Chattanooga. There's ways to do that through your Google My Business Listing, so I just wanted to show you how this listing comes about inside here.

How they're doing poorly in the North, Northeast side, but on the, but in the center they're doing, they're garnering a lot of traffic, or garnering a lot of the calls from Central Chattanooga. But then, if we go around to the outside here, out of the white side, they're not doing very well at all, either.

The good news is that this means that they're not a very optimized listing, and there's plenty of room to expand, and take over the territory. But you might be wondering how do you expand on this and take and take over this using your Google My Business Listing. Well, that's where my company Steady Calls comes in.
